I didn't love that there was quite a lot of stairs and walk to get from one place to the other, but we quickly got used to it. I would go again.

Everything was very good. The room, the service, the food, the location, the views... rooms are modern and well kept and the pool was very nice as well as the rooftop bars and restaurants.

We’ve been to Phuket many times but first time @ Kalima & I wish we had stayed here sooner & longer. The pool access room is beyond beautiful (even better than the pics!) the food and service were amazing, the rooftop restaurant and main pool and bar were very nice and well serviced. Baby cot was great too. We got free mini bar with this room type and were able to order breakfast to the room too! Highly recommend. Also not too close to patong and all the loud nightlife but still in a very serviced area

Because there is only 1 road in and out of Patong, it takes a good 40 mins or so to get to Patong from the hotel at night because of the traffic. The location is good but getting in and out of Patong at peak times make it difficult, I would plan your journey earlier from this hotel

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are 10/10. The rooftop restaurant was amazing with top class views of Patong. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way. And they also did a complimentary bed decoration for our anniversary The pool was amazing. Best hotel ever

A bit high in the road, not close to anything, so required us to spend money on taxi. Reasonable in terms of hygiene, but could be better.

Service at swim up bar happy hour a little slow at times, but good drinks! House keeping was at odd times and not consistent. Recommend booking a time through the hotel app for when you would like it done. We had no issues once we did that.

Amazing, clean rooms with beautiful views. Has everything you could ndrx and their attention to small comforts was excellen. Swim up bar was great and pool itself beautiful. Mini golf was cool! Breakfast changed each day, delicious. Restaurant was incredible. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Especially X-Man - helpful, funny and made sure we were well looked after.

The location is quite far from the main Party areas like Bangla road and you have to depend on Hotel‘s shuttle bus. Last round from the hotel to Bangla road end at 19:00. which mean you have to get there by yourself if you want to get there later. The taxi cost quite expensive for couple but reasonable if you are a group of 4-6 people so you can share the cost. Around 300฿/ round.

The design of the hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable.

The one and only thing that could have been better was...there was a funny smell coming from sewage pipes. Which you could smell from the toilet area.

The Service of the staff was Excellent and room/villa was 5 star, the Restaurant and the food were Top notch. Brilliant views of the coastline from the Pool Villa and Restaurant. Transport to the airport was efficient and convenient.

The only thing was the trekking up lots of stairs to get to rooms and other areas of the resort and very hot and uncomfortable lift rides. Although these things were minor inconveniences a better AC lift would definitely make things better (and less sweaty).

The view was terrific. We had a free upgrade too which was awesome. The bathroom was great, the bed was comfy and AC could be made nice and cold if needed. The restaurant and pool area also had great views and perfect sunsets for dinner and drinks. There's also a spa and excellent gym facilities with personal trainers on call. It pretty much had everything.

Just the bartenders at the pool could be more friendly and faster with their service. Everything else was perfect

The 1 bedroom villa with private pool was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views. Very private, perfect for our honeymoon. Juni from the front desk, was very friendly and always accommodating and helpful. Overall the service was very good. The floating breakfast was a special treat, highly recommended

Nothing that I didn't like apart from service in the restaurant was a little slow at times. Not a lot to moan about. Shuttle bus could have run a little bit later.

I loved the views and the pool areas. Food was good. Very relaxing and plenty to do if you wanted. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful views of sunsets.

Beautiful property! Room was lovely with a great view. Excellent breakfast. Did not use the shuttle to Patong Beach, but I'm glad that's an option. The resort also has activities during the day which is nice.

The only downside was that there was no bars in the immediate vicinity and because it iis in a main road was not safe to walk to the nearest bars. We had a room with a sea view which was amazing although it was very noisy just to the traffic on the main road below.

Extremely clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is amazing. We had a family room for 3 and it was very spacious.
