No parking, at property available, but parked car two blocks away. Our night staff was a little grumpy, but morning ladies there very helpful.

The pool and surrounds need a bit of TLC. Guests reserve pool lounges even if they have no plans of using them.

The location is exceptional. Right on the beach with a good choice of restaurants very close by. Liked the size of the rooms with a separate kitchen area. The pool is not too hot in temperature to swim. Some other pools are sooo hot you can't go in. Tiki's bar is a winner; Tiki is awesome and offers reasonable priced cocktails, snacks, meals. She also offers chairs on the beach: handy when the pool is full or noisy. Nothing is too much trouble for Tiki. Casual atmosphere poolside; we always make new friends

Location fabulous. Steps to either the sea or pool & great restaurants all along the beachfront. Comfortable beds. Great views. Rooms well equipped. Lovely peaceful mornings & nice chilled vibe along the beach at night. Highly recommend.

The showers in almost all the rooms wee booked were very poor. There was very little pressure where the water trickled in, and complaints fell on deaf ears, nothing was done. We paid over RM1000 per night at this was not acceptable. The kitchenette was poorly equipped, and the appliances are old and rusty. There is a mosquito problem at night and there were many roaches especially at the pool bar area. Old equipment and unused items are just stacked out by the pool and other areas perfect for mosquitos and pests. Mossies kill more humans than sharks, mind you.

The property is situated at an excellent location. Right on the beach at Kamala's less busy stretch. It has a cosy feel and exudes very relaxing vibes overseeing the Andaman seas. Not so busy streets with nice massage places and a small mart for convenience. Eateries are just a stone throws away serving local and international cuisine at touristy rates. Check in was breezy and the bellboy service was excellent. Rooms very clean and neat.

The shower soap and shampoo was not refilled and to be honest smelled like cleaning detergent (best to buy or bring one's own).

The location was really the best thing about the place. The view from the deluxe room was really amazing. Decent pool and ample lounge chairs to go around. The bed was comfy.

Could be cleaner around the pool and outdoor shower area, pool needs an upgrade and very dangerous one end around the spa end pointed tilled corners where it separates from the main pool, be careful

Really good value for money right on the beach. We had a room at the back so it was really quiet which is important to us.

Booked 2 bedroom apartment with 1 x db (parents) and 2 x single beds (older teenagers) - but when arrived apartment had 2 double beds - not suitable for 2 older teens (daughter/son and not as per pictures on bookings.. Son spent first night on sofa in living - without bedding - not greater after 20 hrs of travel. . 2nd night got given a small single bed toddler size to squash next to the same room as double bed - again not good for a 6ft tall kid - 3rd night double bed changed from room to two single beds as per booking made 3 month prior.. Hotel blamed bookings/com - bookings.com blamed hotel - however thankful for action of both as it got sorted - othewise stay would have been terrible. When you book a specific room type - you should get that room type. Only negative was apartment on ground floor so no private Balcony -

Location - absolute beachfront. 10/10 2 bedroom apartment very clean and tidy. Staff attentive to needs -. Housekeeping very good , pool area very clean as well maintained. Poolside bar onsiite for drinks.

It would be great if you could exit the apartment from the front and didn't need to go through the back to go to the beach (you can, but can't lock behind you). Flushing the toilet was a challenge. I was not cooking, but the selection of pots and other equipment in the kitchen would be disappointing otherwise.

The best location in Kamala beach, really great to be opposite the beach without any cars or anything in between. There is a shower for feet/sand when coming back from a swim. Plenty of massage shops and restaurants around. The apartment is big and comfortable.

The pool area was shabby but for the price maybe to be expected. The lovely lady who ran the bar made up for this going out of her way for us!

Very friendly staff and directly in the beach with very friendly laundry opposite the hotel.
