Great location near the clock tower.my daughter got food poisoning in Bangkok the day before we flew to Chang Rai and the owner gave us medicine to hel her get over it.

Absolutely epic location. Can walk to either nearby night market and tons of shops. Chiang Rai Social Club is right across the street and a super fun expat-oriented place to hang out and meet people. Our favorite bar! They have a real espresso machine that you can use!

Saturday night was very noisy in the neighbourhood with bars and clubs playing loud music.

Close to bus station and walking distance to night bazaar and many restaurants and bars. Big room, property very clean and well maintained. coffee machine available for making coffee anytime. Lovley staff.

The room was clean, spacious and quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Kanlaya Place is very close to the clocktower area of the city. There are many restaurants, bars and shops nearby within walking distance.

The location and attentiveness of the owners are one of the best experiences of this place. Extremely helpful staff, they will arrange for you transport or anything you need. Plenty of water daily , excellent coffee throughout the day and they even have a little Chedi in their garden!

One minor negative was that my room backed onto a workshop which could generate some noise quite from quite early. Still 100% recommended.

Can be noisy at night depending on the room, due to some close business where some people like to party. Our room didn't have a lot of light.

Location was just perfect. The owner lady was lovely, and she offered me papaya from her farm when I was around. They offer free water, bread, coffee, tea, etc. The common area is lovely and very chilling. Wifi worked great.

No window to the street and quite noisy because of bars near the accommodation. Is you are a pensioner maybe is not a great choice, but if you travel this is a perfect spot!

Staff is just wonderful! This place is them. Polite and sweet. Room size is nice and location is superb. Thank you for great hospitality and making our honeymoon special.
