Hotel was clean. But i stay the room number 203 totally the floor are broken. Feel like the tikes come out from floor in steps. Behavior was good. In cheep and budget friendly for solo travaler.

It's very good place in Pathong if you are looking for value for money. When we was looking for our stay Kanpai was in low price section. But also, when we reach the destination and start living our 10 days Phuket trip - we understood it was the best option of us. It has comfort and cute room with all you need for travel stay. Everyday cleaning, two bottles of water and new towels. Parking for bikes and the good common room on first floor. Also they have some coffe, tea, etc... and cookies, toast-bread, jams, butter and etc... for your little breakfast, we really like the toasts. It's included. Staff is friendly and smiling. I like KANPAI

Great location in the heart of Kata night market and 10min walk from the beach. This was probably the biggest room I had in Phuket, spacious and comfortable. The owner is absolutely lovely, very kind and helpful if you need any guidance. I will definitely come back here :)

Location is very strategic. Accessible to all and close beaches. Rent a motor bike to stroll in Karon beach. I love the place and will recommend to friends going to Phuket. Receptionist is very kind and friendly. Owner is also a very nice person and had chit-chat with him the night before we left.

It was really well located in Patong center, from where you can access most of Patong and it's like 15 minutes to beach and to Bangla road and night life Rooms clean and tidy all necessary there including a kitchen downstairs where you can make your own breakfast or even cook. The owner is amazing helpful person where he can help you and guide you through any queries. Will be back

Every night there was noise from the bars directly opposite. I don't mind loud noise at all and have stayed in many places like this. But the music playlist was the worst I had heard anywhere in over 10 years, and it felt like I was being 'punished' for having to listen to such terrible songs on repeat every night until 2 am.

Great place to stay, in a good location. I got given a free room upgrade which I appreciated. The room is clean, and there was daily housekeeping which also gave 2 bottles of free drinking water which was a nice touch.

The hotel was brilliant the staff friendly and service perfect. We have been staying in panwa beach area and wanted to see the nightlife of patong as where we are it's very quiet. The only reason for a 9 not a 10 is that we didn't end up staying the whole night. The bars opposite don't close till around 4/5am we didn't know thsi and it was very loud indeed.. the hotel is great and the price perfect if your looking for night life and a chance to sleep in then go for it. For us a little older peeps we prefer a more quiet evening it turns out... Thankyou to the staff and we would recommend to any travellers that this hotel would suit for sure

The staff most of the time dont understand what I asked and the fact that we got level 5 so had to climb pretty high up.

Its very cosy, very clean and the location is good. There is 7e nearby, family mart, and a lot of restaurants along the way. Walkable distance to night market and bangla road, around 2km, if u didnt mind walking. Patong beach also around 2km. There is one small stall nearby for u to arrange your airport transfer to go back which is very convenient. Its noisy at night but we totally didnt mind it so it might be something to ponder on if u choose this location. Since there is bars around so its very lively at night. The hotel also provide free bread and tea/coffee which is very nice.
