Maybe the costs of extra's like dinner outside the arrangement in the restaurants too expensive and annoying that commission and taxes were not included in the pricing. This however can be easily circumvented when eating somewhere else, which is super easy in the surroundings. Internet quality was very much something to improve however.

Breakfast was phenomenal, the whole resort incl. the villa's very clean and comfortable. The personnel was very friendly and willing to help, without being pushy.

Miles from Khao Lak and you have to pay for taxis to get you there. They had 1 yoga class a week which only happened if you pre-booked and then only if there were over 4 other people who had booked !!

It was situated on a beautiful beach. Breakfast was excellent, all the staff (bar the lady on reception) were delightful.

The hotel is huge. Upon checkin we received a room at the end of the property (left of the reception) and were really far away from the beach and the breakfast restaurant. Also the room smelled very bad and moldy. After asking twice we were offered a room change after two nights to the building A where not only the smell but also the location was a lot better and our experience increased massively.

The room layout of the suite was very good and the location in Khao Lak perfect for us (very quiet, directly by the beach, also close to the surf beach). The minimarket is surprisingly well stocked with products from all around the world.

I personally loved breakfast, bacon, potatoes and a great range of breads, pastries and fruit. Nutella was a big bonus too! Rooms were so nice, great living space and big room with a lovely bathroom The pools were always clean and towel station was so convenient. Staff were also always happy and lovely!

-terrible wifi -run down rooms with dirty walls and carpet, really dirty and yellow AC(and AC remote) -a lot of small ants in the room and two big cockroaches -the furniture is not inviting at all - everything in the room is really basic and not a single thai design touch! nothing to make you feel your in a beautiful exotic country! -the lawn isn’t in a good condition at all -the bath towels have holes and are really worn out

-nice beach (even if there are a lot of fallen leaves and branches that nobody from the hotel seems to put them away) -quiet area, suitable for relaxation -close to white sand beach and coconut beach -really big and comfy bed -good breakfast

Because of the pandemic, the breakfast was not buffeting, so it's not fair to rate. It was basic.

The villa near the beach was great and the arrangement was very comfortable. Loved the large windows on three sides and the large L-shaped sofa. The small kitchen offered a pleasant surprise for me to cook simple food. Very good hot water and powerful air conditioner to cool the rooms.

There was nothing not to like ,breakfast, pools ,gym ,sea and beach wonderful time and the scooter allowed us to see different parts of khao lak .

we liked the hotel the staff,location although we had a scooter to get us about ,such lovely walks along each end of the beach ,we did book the beach villas as that is the pictures we got when we looked but when we arrived there was none left the staff were very nice and 10 days later we got moved to the beach villa ,we had a great time .
