We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe beds were quite hard, but we managed to sleep well anyways. If you are a light sleeper, it might be better to bring earplugs as you can hear cars in the morning driving over the sewage covers.
The host is amazing. He speaks English very well, he explains things thoroughly and will help you a lot. He is so kind and so caring. He even brought us to the train station in the morning no free of charge! The room was spacious, and optimized to have exactly what you need. There was a little bar in the lobby where you can take free coffee, tea and milo. And there is possibility to buy drinks and snacks at the lobby from the host. Location was good, walking distance from the Ceramic Museum and the City centre.

PortugalThe owner makes your stay in Lampang be memorable. With huge attention to detail, this caring man was a delight from the first moment. He exceeded any expectations one could have had! The room is spacious and clean, the bed is the normal hard matress you find in Thailand. Wifi works fine, and you have available coffee downstairs to start up your day. The location is near a 7 eleven and a street with many food options. About 20min walk from the weekend market. If ever back to Lampang will for sure stay there again!

ThailandNot much I did not like. Maybe a little bit away - walking distance - from the heart of the city, but not too far.
Kanyanat Boutique hotel really exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 1 week as a single person. The hostess was a very kind gentleman who picked me up from the nearby bus station and even was so kind to drop me off at my home in Mae Moh, a 25-minute drive away. He speaks very good English as well. The room was clean and spacious with freshly washed white sheets on the bed. They provide ample water and room cleaning services whenever you want. The room itself was very simple and beautiful. Nicely working bathroom and a balcony in the room. It's also a 15-minute walk from central plaza and a 2 minute walk from a 7-Eleven and walking street market.

Cypruswe had a problem with the mattress. The mattress was way too hard and had too many springs. The air-conditioning did not work well. It leaked water and did not blow cold air.
