toilet seat is very low almost to the water level in the toilet shower water changes by itself from very warm to very hot to cold one staff person in the reception was not very hospitable. people leave their beach towels on the pool chairs to take up chairs and then disapear for hours so you may not have a place to sit around the pool

Although hotel has ‘no reserving pool seats with towels all day’ policy, unfortunately it is NOT enforced. Room was interlocking with other guests and it was noisy. Drilling early in the morning. Maids coming around to clean rooms far too early thus creating lots of noise.

On the beach. Nice friendly staff. Good variety in food. Near shops restaurants and bars.

No lift but at least a very friendly member of the staff carried the luggage to our room. A younger female receptionist was not very friendly and accommodating. We had our passports in the luggage and she expected us to open it in front of her and give her the passports immediately upon check in

I paid for upgrade deluxe ocean view room, but room was stuck next to wall with very limited view. not worth it. i asked to change, but even more money demanded.

For the guests who already checked out in the morning but choose to stay for the day, If there is a brief shower /changing room close to the beach would be better .

The reception staff could have been more professional. No bidet for the toilet. The price is more for this resort as it is beachfront.

The bed was super comfy. The room was spacious. All the rooms faced the sea. Breakfast spread was good. The staff was very friendly. You can do snorkelling right in front of the resort . Shops and restaurants are just outside the hotel, which is situated on the main road.

The room was lovely but felt damp and had a musty smell. Not sure why because all clean. There were plenty of sun beds but the guests adopted the get up at 6 to reverse with towels and leave them sitting there half the day. The hotel stated they would remove belongings if this happened but nothing was done. Very difficult to police. The drinks at the swim up bar were very expensive for Thailand.

The location. Right on the sea front. Quiet , clean part of the beach. Easy access to the Kata market for great authentic Thai food. The rooms, hotel and pools was clean. Breakfast - good selection. Attentive staff everywhere. Allowed to check in room two hours early. Amazing sea view.

There are not enough sun beds around the pool. Despite a note in room to say there was to be no reserving them and staff would shift belongings if unoccupied for 2hours, this did not happen, with about 90% of the beds ‘reserved’ with towels on them by 8am. Quite a small pool area and certainly diminished our enjoyment. No drinks service at the pool. Cocktails were not good.

Perfect location with stunning beach and sea views. Good location with Plenty to do close by. Great beach club next door with fire dancers (requires a reservation). Amazing sunsets!!

Rooms perfectly correspond to the pictures on booking however some details can be improved. For example the rooms are very clean but they would need a high quality renovation. The elevator is missing.

Very good position: in front of the sea and also near the main streets of Karon and Kata. Kindness and availability of the staff. Very good breakfast.

Breakfast buffet - bread selection could be better. Balcony door locks corroded, were replaced quickly by staff. Balcony door locks not too secure, do use the safe.
