We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI didn't like that the rooms were non smoking but this was not enforced there was and ash tray in the room...you could smell smoke in the stairwell also it was in the fresh towels and bed linen so when I walked into my room it smelt like someone has been smoking in my room ....the restaurant could have had a non smoking section as smokers would light up a cigarette as you were eating your meal this is a huge problem in Asian restaurants and venues but I guess money talks and health walks.
Staff were amazing the cafe is great the food is top notch I stayed for 23 days and ate there most nights

SingaporeMy room was facing the street where there is a bar with live music every night until 2am. The room is not soundproof even with the windows and balcony door closed. I could hear the music even from the upper floor sleeping area, so I did not have a good sleep during my stay... The hotel restaurant is closed, so you need to find your own meals. They only provide instant coffee and tea. I was disappointed since the description mentioned that they serve meals. When I asked the staff, they mentioned that guests can visit their sister hotel for food, but it was about 15 minutes walk away so I did not have the chance to try it. There is also no elevator, so it might be challenging if you have many heavy luggage. I would not recommend asking the hotel to arrange a pickup from the airport. Although I requested the transport during my booking, I was worried because there was no one to pick me up at the airport and I had to call the hotel. I waited for around 30 minutes before a taxi driver came to pick me up. I thought the hotel had their private transport, but it turns out they just help you to call a taxi and it was very expensive (900 baht). The taxi driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel at first, but luckily I noticed it and made him bring me to the right place... it also seemed like he took a very long and roundabout route... it was quite alarming and I reached the hotel very late. It is very much cheaper and convenient to take the airport shuttle if you have the time. In fact it might even be cheaper to arrange your own taxi, since there are many taxi drivers waiting at the airport for passengers.
The hotel is very close to the beach, about 5 minutes walk. There is an affordable and good massage place right next door, and a 7-Eleven convenience store about 3 minutes away. There are many tourists in the area, but it is lively so it does not seem unsafe even at night, even though I travelled alone. There are many restaurants around within walking distance. The bus stop for airport shuttle is close to the beach and about 5 minutes walk away. The room was clean, and there is a fridge, kettle, utensils, microwave, and sink for washing dishes. The toilet was clean as well. There is a ceiling fan, air-conditioning, and balcony with a door that can be open and closed, so the ventilation is good. The room is very spacious and has more than enough space for 3 adults. The room door has auto-lock, so it seems safe. It has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the day time. Free water and toilet paper are provided. The cleaning lady will clean the room for you daily if you request it.
