We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ThailandThough still comfortable, some of the springs in the king mattress were approaching the end of their life expectancy - stiil quite comfortable but probably for not much lunger.
All around good hotel, excellent value for the money. Professional, competent staff. Great location, in 'Old' Chanthaburi, only a 5 minute walk from the river front restaurants and shops, only 8 minutes walk to the Catholic Cathedral in the other direction.

The staff were absolutely amazing and really kind to our children. One of them gave my son a toy car to play with when he was sad, and many of them played with the kids whilst we were waiting for a taxi in the lobby. They really went above and beyond.

United KingdomI could not see any electric plugs so needed to ask reception. There appeared to be only one plug in the room, and it was hidden from first sight next to a wall mirror. The TV was automatically switched on when porter opened the room, although didn't make use of it and could not see how controls worked. The bathroom was very much smaller than I expected.
Chose hotel due to its location, and it is an easy stroll down to the old street next to river. It was a quiet room and provided me with a good sleep.
