Cool location - near the beach, shops, restaurants and with friendly staff's attention !

There was no microwave in the room, so you pretty much had to eat out every meal.

The room was nice and big, a stone's throw away from the beach. The rooftop was nice and quiet, and a great place to chill out away from any crowds, although overall the location was pretty quiet. The location of the room/hotel itself was great, above the restaurant and within walking distance to restaurants, massage, nail salons, market, shops, pharmacies, taxi's etc. It also had a nice balcony.

The A/C in our room was not working well and we could not regulate the temperature. The shower could have a curtain because the whole bathroom gets wet.

The hotel is well located in Kata beach. There is lots of restaurants and a 7-Eleven just a few steps. The hotel is really close to the beach. The terrace is great to watch the sunset!

Towels provided in room could be more cleaner/whit Cleanliness can be improved. Bear in mind, you will need 2 or may be 3 flights of stairs( if your room on top) and there is no lift, so if you use wheel chair or have restricted mobility with regards to stairs, then you have to take this factor into account

It is good property. Location is good and 2 minutes walk from beach, good cafes and restaurants around, pharmacy shops and super/mini markets around Reception is friendly. They provide daily water bottles, you can get beach towels from reception for free and return after use. Bed was comfortable AC was good Overall good property and will recommend as value for money

We had a lovely stay, lady at reception was very friendly and she upgraded our room :) Our bungalow was clean and really nice inside - Great location close to the beach and all the restaurants. A beautiful view from the rooftop and im sure a great sunrise!!!

Our room was just above and across the restaurant. The music and singing began just before eight and went on till about 10.30pm. Hard to ignore, but fortunately it didn't persist too late into the night.

The hotel was located very close to the beach. Just a couple of minutes walk across the street. It was also slightly at the end of the busy Kata Beach strip and yet close enough to feel the vibes. The room was a good size, with a little table and chairs. Clean, tidy. Bathroom clean with soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. Even had a hair dryer.

We had the best room facing the sea! Fantastic view! The location is really great, 2 mn from the beach, plenty of restaurants, shops, massage around. The staff was very good, the room was kept spotless clean. The person in charge was fantastic.

Kata went off on New Years Eve. So happy that I managed to get an affordable place to participate in the festivities.

No proper parking. Very basic room amenities .

Good location as it is near to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Beach is just across the road. 5 mins tops. Just need to hike up a few steps to reach the bungalow. The family bungalow fits my family of 5 ( although I did have to pay extra for the 5th person.

Everything was great. If we had to say something, the bed felt sort of grainy when we check-in, as if there was sand or something, which made it feel less clean. Overall, bathroom and room could be upgraded a bit.

EXCELLENT location, rooftop terrace is nice to watch the sunrise. Check-in was very easy. Our balcony was huge! Room was pretty large also, large counter to place luggage + closet. Tons of bars and restaurants right at your doorstep, and beach is 5min or less walking. Definitely recommend!

The hotel and bungalow is slightly a part from each other. It would be nice to have a map to show where the bungalow and hotel are located. The hotel is located beside a noisy road and noisy bar. The bungalow is many flights of stairs. It was okay for young people, but older people will have it more difficult getting to the bungalow. Or they could have a noisy hotel to stay in.

The bungalow is quiet, clean and adequate for the stay, with a good view. Nanny was super nice and caring. 2 bottled water are given every day. There's a 7-11 about 2 minute walk from the hotel entrance.

The structure is a bit old, but it is a good value for its quality.

Very close to the south access to the beach. The room was very clean and the bed soft and comfortable. They also provide beach towel.

Pillows were really hard, but when asked for softer pillows, we got them very quickly. Even though the beach is very close, at this end of the beach the water is not clean, and lot of garbage floating in the water unfortunately.

Nice place very, close to the beach. Room size ok, lovely and accommodating staff. Would have loved to stay longer, but they closed the whole hotel for renovation works.
