The staff was really nice, the room was big and the ac was pretty good compared to other hotels we visit in Thailand. A bit far from the center but we liked the quiet and did a walk to the beach.

I feel like the pool could have been cleaned more frequently, but obviously being surrounded by trees I can understand this can't be pristine 24/7.

The room was cleaned every day. They do a really quick turnover for room service & the staff is available to help for pretty much anything. You can do laundry there, massages, book a bike, book activities, etc. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely nothing. It was bliss.

The staff from the beginning were absolutely beautiful and so helpful! The room was spacious and had everything you needed. Having the pool right outside our door was the best thing ever!!!! Loved coming back from an adventure and being able to just jump straight in from our room 😍❤️

The rooms could do with a refurbishment, nothing drastic but ie doors are old, kettle and fridge were old, and the bedroom and bathroom could do with fresh details. Also they didnt fill the shampoo or shower gel for days.

The pool outside our door was just great. We had a little swim every evening after a tiring day and felt great. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good too.

Some rooms are very far from the reception. Their laundry service is extortionate so walk across the road and get it done by a local family.

the staff was friendly , the complex is cool, but it needs to be maintained and cleaned better with quality detergents. The hotel itself does not invest funds to renew the worn and depreciated things. The duvets and pillows were stained, so were the towels and washcloths in the bathroom. The pool was not cleaned well.

Breakfast could have some more bread or yogurt options. Standard rooms (not the villas) are old and outdated inside and especially bathroom needs a urgent renovation overall. Towels for bathroom partly old (but overall clean) and need replacement soon. Villa price wise on the upper end.

Villa comfortable and in fairly good condition. Staff now overall very friendly (including reception), especially great and friendly services of lady on the egg station during breakfast.

The was no swim up pool bar

Loved our stay, the villas were large and perfect for a family. The smart tv was handy with kids. Our villa was number 101 which was perfect with kids as it was directly in front of a small playground which meant we could relax on the deck and watch our child. Would recommend 101 and 102 for this reason. They’re also close to reception so quick for getting out. Would recommend a villa over the pool access rooms as they are better located. Breakfast was amazing - best Thai breaky I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot!) Location was pretty good - 10 min walk to the beach, about 5-10 mins to the nearest 7-11 but plenty of bars/rest instants near by

The hotel is great! There are a couple of weird things about it like no cheese at breakfast and shower heads are non adjustable, but basically everything else is 10/10. It feels like an out of city resort, but its 10 mins walk from the beach (3 mins with bike). Its super quiet, we took the room with pool access and let me tell you, there is nothing like waking up and first thing you do is jump in the pool! Also you can stay up at night in the pool, which is super secluded. The food in the hotel is amazing, the staff is super polite and they clean the rooms/change towels and bedsheets every single day! I would definitely come back!

expensive bottle water double the price. mosquitoes. No screens. only got bit once. tiger balm kept them away. The staff had broken english, hard to communicate at times but no big deal. Be on the look out for large non-poisonous army, green snakes. Only saw one that was a giant. It was early in the morning. The snake didn’t want anything to do with me, but was shocking to the size of that snake, maybe 6 feet, and thick as my arm never saw one during the day when it’s hot.

The staff was VERY welcoming, Early check in was allowed, Rooms were large and well decorated, Cleaning was spot on, Really liked (specially the kids) the pool access from the bedroom, Breakfast was very good, specifically compared to other 4 star hotels in Phuket,

The staff was very nice, however their English could be improved.

The compound is very clean and well maintained, it's very nice with big rooms (for the rooms with pool access). Overall a nice and beautiful resort.
