The hotel is built like a long train. The place is lacking style, spirit, design, peng shuei, and energy. If your idea is to spend time at the hotel, then stay away.

Property is very long, luckily it was possible to ride a scooter through the underground carpark to our room. Staff had a very poor understanding of English and used Google translate to understand everything.

I found the wifi to be inconsistent. the signal would drop out from the router that was directly outside my room. or it was low.

The young receptionist - who was kind othervise - didn't speak English, instead used a translater program, which sometimes is OK, but not at a reception! We wanted to pay for a late check out, and she undersood that we want refound.

Bed could have been a little softer

Easy place to chill. Could do with bigger swimming pool area. Breakfast was very good for thai food and fresh fruit. Staff didn't speak English but this was no problem at all as we used Google translate

Wifi signal is terrible inside the bedroom. Didn’t work at all during my stay.

The pool area js very nice, the bedroom has a nice size and well maintained and the hotel is very close to the beach.

A clean hotel in a convenient location close to shops and restaurants as well as both Kata and Karong beaches. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. lovely pool area.

AC does not work well. Even with 16’C it took very long time to cool our room. Also AC is located just across the bed and blows to your head. The first day I came bed sheets had sand on them. The bed itself is a bit hard.

Staff were very friendly. Our room was on the second floor and there were no lift. Staff helped to bring our luggage up. We especially enjoyed the pool as there were very few other guests in the hotel and the while pool was for ourselves. Staff left water and toilet paper when we asked them to not clean the room. Good value for money. The room had bigger refrigerator than other hotels.

The staff barely speak English, which made it quite difficult to understand each other. Moreover, the conditioning was weak and the did not work while outside of room. We got only one key, so it was quite difficult for us when one of us wanted to hangout alone — we had to choose either one stays with a card-key and conditioner or the other one has a possibility to enter the room independently. To add to it, there are too many russians in the hotel and area in all.

Actually I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and a lot of cafes around. The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes. We were also allowed to prolong our stay and check-out time for 6 hours, but it was for the full price and there was a man wanting to check if we are leaving right after 6 hours, no matter that we payed the full-night price for extra hours.

Room cleanness isn’t good enough, there is an insects (small black insect) all over the room. Room furnitures are very old. Tv size is small.

They offer daily 8 different types of foods which as kind a boring and taste wasn’t that good. One day I ate curry but it was very salted can’t even eat it.

Washroom door was not a door at all. There was a rotten egg smell coming from the washroom many times a day since the door was not really a door -.- matress is really hard also.

Breakfast was included but we never tried since it was always overcrowded. Good room size. Really close to beach (walking distance 5 min. to Kata beach and 20-25 min to Karon beach).

A full day without electricity in all hotel rooms, broken card holder/switch thing that controls power to the room, the phone buzzed constantly and the patio doors were impossible to secure.
