Staff were super friendly and the rooms were lovely and clean. Good location, 15 minute walk to the main part with bars and restaurants, but they also offered bike rentals which I would suggest if you wanted to explore a bit more.

Spacious - big bathroom and kitchenette and king bed I believe. A 10-min walk to either Kata or Karon beach, both good beaches where it’s not too crowded and there aren’t aggressive touts. The hotel is a bit removed from the touristy stretch, located on a side street off the main road, so it’s quiet. Yet I could walk to the lively stretch within 5-10min. The pool isn’t big but sufficient and has nice deck chairs.

Sadly they let a lady go who took care of everything, who was very friendly, helpful and basically the soul of the place. Good staff often is important.

I liked the place, since it was rather quiet, and there are no building, just trees, opposite of the rooms. It was a nice walk to the beach, about 1 km.

We first booked 3 nights and were enchanted by the accommodation and staff and subsequently extended our stay to another 10 nights. The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling, the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff helped us and gave advice on everything we needed. Location is great, 5 min to shops, 2 min to local restaurants, 10 min to Karon beach and 15 min to Kata beach. The accommodation also offers scooter rental (200 baht) and parking is provided. The pool behind the hotel can also be used and is tidy and clean. Wifi si good and connection is stable. Definitely for recommendation.

The only real negative is that the spa bath cannot heat up as its not hot jacuzzi, but this is not really an issue just a little point worth mentioning.

Whole facility is very nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The spa bath is amazing during the hot days, you can also go to the pool which is just round the corner. The staff can also rent you a scooter so you don’t have to look for other rentals, they also provide tours around the area. Very good value for money in my opinion.

- 400thb for return trip of not even 10min ride… a bit too much. mostly when I asked if not better for me to rent a motobike at 200thb a day. location could be better but it didn’t bother me that much - a bit too noisy if room with street view.

Water heater in shower barely worked in room 16. It gives 10 seconds of warm water followed by 15 seconds of cold water. The view from balcony is directly to some scavenger place. Looks very bad and poor

The jacuzzi was cold, the bed very uncomfortable, we had to sleep separate because if one moved all the bed was moving and was impossible to sleep The appartment was not very clean in some places like under the bed and inside the closets

I felt it was a little expensive for what it was and where it’s located. It’s quite far from the beach. If you rent a motorbike it wouldn’t be an issue, but if you prefer being able to walk to the beach I’d find somewhere closer. It’s also quite far from the nearest convenience store. Not sure if it was just my room, but the little water heater for the shower was only able to provide slightly warm water for about 30 seconds at a time.

Pool was lovely, comfortable bed & pillows. The staff were super helpful and kind. The breakfast in the morning is cheap and I had some great French toast. It’s a quiet area and you can hike up to the Big Buddha from just up the road.

Location isn’t great. You have to cross a super busy and dangerous road to get to the beach or main streets.

Too many mosquitoes in the room. The staff didn't know English so it was very difficult to communicate and resolve few issues.

The swimming pool was clean. The hotel has bike and van rentals so one does not look outside. Saves the time.

It was loud in the morning (slamming doors and a rooster). I had to pay to replace a key that had been partially broken already - argumentation and common sense were not considered. We also requested a transport to a pier for Yao Yai (and we were very explicit about where exactly) and they told the driver that we were going to the airport, so we almost missed our ferry.

The room was nice and clean and it had a very good shower. The pool was rather small but very nice.

The location was not as described and just off a very busy street. I wanted to rent a scooter as it's not a pleasant walk to the beach, but none were available in the 4 places I went to. I ended up only staying 1 night of the 5 that I had planned because the area was so unpleasant.

The grounds and room were fine. Tucked behind the main building so you couldn't hear the noise from the street.

The room was big and clean, and the balcony was spacious. However, Because I can't ride the scooter, it's hard to get around. There are only 2 restaurants around. It's a bit far to walk to the beach and it's hard to find public transport (taxi apps have few drivers in kata area/transportation is 2x more expensive than in Patong area). If you don't have your own transportation, it is not recommended to stay here. But if you have then it’s not a problem, it takes 2 minutes to reach family mart and restaurants.
