The terasses need new chairs. They are more art decor than pleasant. But the hotel is new and they are aware of this.When the turist starts coming back this is top of the list.Be aware that the hotel is not handicap friendly as design, due the the natual placement on a hill.

Very nice place close to beach (1) min. We had 2 rooms with shared terasse, ocean view, outdoor shower close by. Silent at night and still very close to the city ( 5 min) walk. The staff is real service minded and friendly.The hotel design is terasses with 2 rooms per level. The hotel have limited rooms. No breakfast avaliable, but plenty around the corner.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to the owners of these beautiful villas, Jackie and Bankie. On arrival it was obvious that this is a much loved and welcoming business. These are truly caring, beautiful and special people. On my first night I had a medical emergency. I was cared for, driven 20minutes to hospital at 1am, and both J and B stayed and waited in the hospital emergency room until at least 3am, when they were reassured that I was stable. I am travelling alone and I can never thank them enough. I only planned to stay 1 night but stayed three until I was strong enough to move. Bankie even drove me to my next hotel. Jackie and Bankie are a beautiful example of the kindness of humanity. The villas are spacious, clean and fresh, especially the bathroom, and location only a few meters to the a quiet part of the beach with great bars and restaurants at the end, a great coffee shop nearby, and a fantastic massage shop just below. Definitely stay here!!

Hotel provided a superb service, the host of property is super generous and friendly, importantly the hotel is located on the best location, just a short distance walk to Kata beach. Overall everything is awesome! I will definitely stay in this hotel again if I have chance.

I liked that it was really close to the beach but the location of the hotel wasn't the best if you have a car. parking is minimal as well on the street below

Great price! Extremely generous and helpful staff. I dont remember the woman's name who welcomed me but she was extremely helpful. The room was nice and cool when I arrived. The fridge had cold water and the room was super clean.

Bad smell from the bathroom. Flies in the room. Yellow marks on the bedsheets, curtains. Also, dirty spots all over the place, walls, furniture. Gap at the bottom of the outside door, therefore bugs and small lizards can get in. We liked lizards. Thank god there were nothing more :)

Nice view, which we didn't enjoy much, because we were out for a whole day. We had everything necessary for our stay. Nice cat outside.

Receptionist is lousy and slow. Made us wait for one hour until we got the keys to the pre-booked bike. Flies and mosquitoes everywhere, even with the windows closed. Cleaning was lacking. They didn't change our bed sheets even once during 4 days stay. It's not a private villa, just a room in one. Overall very overpriced, just like everything on Phuket.
