Excellent resort. We have stayed in numerous resorts in Koh Chang over the last ten years This one I much prefer and have now stayed there times. I much prefer the building block rooms than the individual rooms/huts in the garden. They are bigger and quieter

Perhaps the breakfast selection could have been a little more varied.

We booked the beach front cottage No. 2009 and it was what we always dreamed of. Ideal location, right on the beach, quiet but walking distance to town. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation

Only issue would be the rainfall shower (there was only rainfall shower + tub) a little bit impractical.

Very comfortable stay at KB Resort, room was quiet & spacious. Especially liked the well maintained garden, the lounge chairs on balcony, and the breakfast restaurant. At sunset the beach bar gets crowded, so come early.

No sunbeds near the sea. Also beach towels are small and if you want new one you need to go to reception. Better to hand them out at the pool and sign with your room number for it.

Cleaneness of the room (everyday cleaned), friendlyness of the people, breakfast buffet and location of the hotel. In the morning the elephants are bathing in the sea. Nice large swimming pool.

The rooms needs to be renew. But they were clean and very comfortable! There’s a walk to the main road in a hill. You can always ask the workers with the golf cart to take you a ride. Should be nice if there was an option to call the reception and ask them to come pick you up anytime. Not too recommend for disabled or people with walking problems.

Bead linen and towels are very old. Would be good to purchase new one. Pillows also not comfortable. But newer the less the hotel is the best for me.

I think it is the best hotel in Ko Chang. I stayed here third time. Big and comfortable rooms with big balconies and sea view. Small but beautiful beach. Green territory. Very good breakfast with Thai and European food. Very good new swimming pool. Very good value for money.

Beds were a bit on the harder side , but not too uncomfortable.

Perfect location in Kai Bae. Near town, but by the beach. Friendly staff.The cottages were extremely comfortable.

The first steps into the ocean are quite rocky. You have to bring your own beach chairs.

The "sea view" bungalow that we booked at first, wasn't really sea view (there was another bungalow in front of) and it was the same price as the other ones with much better view. If it is not really sea view it should be cheaper than the other ones. In order to have a real sea view we were forced to switch the bungalow and paid additionally.

A lot of the staff are very young and still inexperienced (post-Covid). It takes a while to know which staff members can really answer your questions. Restaurant good, bar (different owner?) not worth it.

few bugs in the bathroom, had to keep bathroom door shut throughout our stay.
