Immaculate resort! Absolutely beautiful and excellent attention to every possible detail. I don’t see how this resort isn’t the best in all of Phuket. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

One of the most unique resorts we’ve stayed in, the staff were amazing and the facilities of the resort honestly are the best as it can get, we stayed in a tent villa it was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for everything and being part of our honeymoon trip!

The rooms are tiny and the bed seemed over designed. TV was very awkwardly positioned. The glass coffee filter broke because it was some cheap un tempered glass. There was no mishandling nor was it dropped. But they charged me a THB 1700 for such a cheap quality glass. For a guest who has paid almost 50% higher than normal prices, they should have waived the charge. The breakfast spread was poor. The taste of food in the restaurant wasn't great either. We asked for a checkout by 2 pm and it was not agreed. There was a goof up in the cab booking by the hotel and finally we had to book our own.. Wasted nearly an hour waiting in the reception as we were forced to checkout. Funny part is they charged us THB 60 for the phone call to book the cab that didn't come.. That was quite shocking...

Mind blowing concept and design, out of the world and dreamy. Every single item in the hotel shows an individual signature. One in a million kind of a hotel. The private pool is a masterpiece. The outside open top shower is very romantic. Interior design is so unique, rustic and beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience if you would like to disconnect and spend a good quality time as a couple. The whole ambiance is magical and authentic. It’s our second time staying in Keemala, because we wanted to experience it again (first time we came here for honeymoon in 2018). The concierge Jinnie was very attentive and considerate, and even offered us a returning discount for F&B and spa. We absolutely loved the little touch that they left every day fresh fruits and little healthy snacks. Divine experience, and surely we will be coming back for another honeymoon ☺️

It is really expensive I could only justify staying 1 night here

The attention to detail in this place is phenomenal. You really feel like you’re in an authentic Thai paradise. I loved the included photo tour and the rope bridge and the men who walked around with drums once a day. Sunset dinner in the restaurant was beautiful. Pool area was beautiful with the waterfall and pool bar. Staff amazing. Villa stunning. Can’t fault this place only the expensive price!

1. If you come from a traditional family, you might want to consider that having a private pool doesn't necessarily mean it's completely private. It all depends on the location of your villa. 2. The price is bit high

If you're searching for a spot to have a romantic experience, this place is perfect. It's like a paradise with an incredible location. I spent three days there for my honeymoon and it was absolutely fantastic. The best part about it was the staff, they were incredible. Ms. Cayla, the host, made our stay even more comfortable and amazing.

The restaurant service on our last night was a disappointment. Not many guests but the staff were inattentive and not particularly friendly. We felt unwelcome and it was a shame because up to then we had enjoyed ourselves. Not sure why they behaved like that.

The hotel was wonderful, most of the staff were friendly and our host Tony was really lovely. A beautiful location, great help with excursions and a shuttle to the beach.

Need more full length mirrors! Very hard to see myself get dressed. Also needs better lighting at least in bathroom - very hard do my makeup - can’t see anything.
