Place is perfect for a relaxed stay at a really nice beach. The Host could not be more helpful. We had a great stay. Upron arival we were greated by the caretaker and she gave us the key an explained everything we needed to know for the stay. The appartment has everything we needed and we used the kitchen a lot. The view from every room is breattaking.

Every window and balcony door has a mosquito net. It's a huge bonus, allows to sleep listening sea waves and to breathe fresh air.

Beautiful condo, beautiful views, awesome pool. The owner was super helpful and I was able to deal directly with them through Whats App. They organised rental bikes to be dropped off for us and transport to and from the airport.

As with many Thai properties, the furniture was harder than I prefer, but it does a great job of forcing you to get up and move.

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. The owners and staff were all responsive and helpful, and the unit was perfect for our needs. It was amazing that there was a clothes washer on site, the pool was amazing and quite photogenic, and the walls on the beach were a great way to start the day.

Add made it sound like you had your own private pool but it belonged to the whole complex, this was still ok though as it was big and well looked after. Was a bit frustrating that the shop and cafe across the road was closed but this wasn't the fault of the accommodation.

The staff and owners were so super helpful and kind. Everything was tidy and clean. Very easy to rent a scooter. The location was very pretty and so relaxing. Great that there was a little restaurant next door.

The main inconvenience was the sewer smell coming from the master bathroom sink drain. It stunk up the condo but we found keeping a dish towel over the drain helped immensely. The master bedroom could use blackout curtains and the main balcony door is almost impossible to open/close - we ended up accessing the balcony from the master bedroom. This whole strip of beach was covered in shells and sharp shell pieces. My kid cut his foot the first day. We found the 2 beaches a short drive south were much better for walking and swimming. Finally, be aware that this more remote area of Thailand really requires a local Thai phone number to access things like food delivery, reservations, etc. Our SIM cards only provided data which has worked fine in the past, using LINE or WhatsApp. No businesses here advertise those although I was able to use FB Messenger once. I found the host Carl to be very friendly and responsive but a bit disorganized. He initially tried calling and messaging me on my US cell number which was problematic. We then used a FaceTime call, then WhatsApp briefly until he randomly switched to iMessage. I asked to change my stay dates just after reserving and he updated his own internal system and not Booking’s. This was confusing as I kept getting automatic reminders for the old dates from Booking. Then Carl seemed unsure about what my actual dates were when I confirmed we’d be a late check in (on the day we were set to arrive).

This particular condo was very nice. The furniture, built-in wood storage, etc. seemed high quality and the beds were firm and comfortable. The view of the ocean was lovely although it’s strange that the building’s balconies do not face the ocean directly. We stayed for a week and the water filter and washing machine were much appreciated. The pool is large and deep which was great for our older kid. It was nice walking to the beach however we enjoyed the 2 smaller beaches south of this main strip more which from this location were only a 4-7 minute drive along the pretty coastal road. In late June this area feels pretty deserted. We loved having an uncrowded beach & pool, but it was strange being the only customers at beach restaurants.

I can't think of anything! The WIFI problem was not the fault of the residence.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The property was spacious and clean. All facilities as advertised and more. I have stayed in other 1-bedroom apartments in the block but they come nowhere near the level of excellence of this one. I love the location with private shaded parking, very big pool and 2 restaurants of differing quality as neighbors. Lovely beach albeit with temperamental swimming conditions. An issue of WIFI was sorted very swiftly. Worth the extra spend. Thank you, Carl and Khun Puk.
