This was my second time here. Good pool overlooking the beach, the beach right there is very peaceful, good breakfast buffet, lovely staff, and big comfy rooms and beds.

We have been to Khaolak many times but this was our first time stay at Khaolak Emerald. The room was very big and Lagoon view surrounded by garden was so amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices.

The AC tool outside the room next to the window was quite noisy. I was complaining about it, and next morning the Maintenance staff fixed it. However, these ACs are quite old and should be replaced. Also, the water in the pool (with turtle fountains) was not so clean, due to high number of guests and kids using it daily, its water should be changed frequently every day. Hourly price for surfing in the pool is quite expensive.

This place is a really nice beachfront resort. The staff was extremely polite, kind and helpful with good English. I was not happy with the room on the ground floor, so they gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony and view on the sea. Breakfast was just excellent with different variety of food, bakery, salad, sweets and drinks. The room is enough big and comfy with really comfy beds. Thank you so much krub!

A warning for those who don't like stairs, it's up to reception then down ( they have golf carts to take you to your room). Then breakfast is up again and no lifts.

Breakfast was good but for some reason no Bacon! good buffet otherwise.Great grounds and its on the beach. Good beachside restaurant to enjoy food or a drink and watch the sun go down. Although the hotel was full, the facilities never seemed overcrowded. Just 1 hour from Phuket airport and so much quieter and peaceful than the hassle in Phuket. Lots of small restaurants just outside the hotel .

During breakfast there were many people, many people crushed one on each other, there was no place to sit. We had to come very early to get a nice and quit breakfast.

The hotel is perfect for a quit vacation. In the hotel's street there are some restaurants, shops and pharmacies. They work until very late at night. The room was very nice, access to one of the pools. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the room and the facilities but not enough. That's a good reason to come back again soon!

We loved our villa with our own private pool! The breakfast was incredible. We had to call the front desk a few times, and they were very quick to respond. Everyone was courteous and very professional.

We rented pool Villa with sea view and true, from villa terrace there was great view on the sea. However hotel is not fully open yet and construction work is being done near villas. So we have view not only on the sea but also on construction of beach retaurant. It means from 8am to 8pm there were noises coming from there. Hotel manager adviced us to change room to main building, but what we wanted was sea view and private pool, so there was no option to change for something similar. At that time we decided to stay, as times are tough and we didnt want to make problem to hotel. On fourth day of our stay pool became green and stuff was trying to do something with it but with no major success. We decided to contact booking and leave hotel to find some other calm spot to finally rest a little bit.

Hotel is clean and has nice personel. Beach is perfect, sandy and clean. Also there are some restaurants near hotel, which are serving good food. Breakfast served at the hotel was fresh, tasty and there was pretty big choice.
