For a very popular tourist location the staff level of English understanding was relatively poor. Compared to staff working in the tourist industry in Bangkok and Patong (Phuket) beach areas. Maybe the management should consider providing the staff with free English lessons on some basics e.g. dressing on the side (separate). Generally we got there. But anything beyond basic level was problematic and very frustrating. Perhaps the front desk staff at reception desk could actually ask for help from the odd member of staff in the back office who could speak good level of English when they struggle?

We are vegan and found the restaurant had very few options but awesome restaurant across the road 🤣. Also we found that 2 bottles of water daily was insufficient. A refilling station would be good also for the environment.

This place was fabulous. Beach was lovely with the best sunset views. Great location, great buffet breakfast and great accommodation.

No warm water in showers, bathroom doors in the rooms are see through so there’s no privacy, cleaning staff wouldn’t supply more than 3 towels and only came every other day. Sundowner beach restaurant is expensive.

- The staff could team up to do a beach clean up once a week - It would have been nice to have more room service + hotel restaurant options (but we came in low season so maybe that’s why)

- Spacious rooms - Great sea view from everywhere - Stunning grounds - Large pool - Decent food - LOVELY staff! Literally everyone was so sweet and helpful. We had a change in temp with our AC and after one phone calls there was someone at our door in less than 10 minutes. And the issue was resolved within the hour. We were so happy

Overall, English is spoken rather badly at the resort. Sadly that hindered our experience especially at the reception as it took a long time to communicate. However everyone were very polite and kind.

We had a lovely stay. The best customer servicer were Thip at the spa! We took a spa treatment nearly every day. She elevated our experience :)

The staff could have done more to make us feel we were actually on holiday and had chosen to stay at this resort. Almost every request we made was declined. At most beach resorts it's standard practice to have food and drinks served at the sun loungers, though not here. When we requested food or drinks at the sun loungers on the grassy headland beside our room and overlooking the beach, we were declined. It's also standard practice to have laundry collected and delivered to your room. Not here. A notice in the room informed us to call reception for laundry collection, which we did. Reception told us to bring it to them, which we found strange but did anyway. When we returned late that evening we needed the clean laundry but it wasn't in our room. We rang reception, who told us to go over and collect it from them. We objected to this and eventually the laundry was delivered, though we were forced to pay cash to the delivery person, which meant we were scrambling around in the dark room late at night looking for the right money. It really did nothing to create the feeling that we were on holiday. We also had an unfortunate check out experience, where we had requested our luggage be brought to reception (there are a lot of steps up to reception) in time for our car arriving, though this wasn't arranged accordingly. All in all quite disappointing service.

This resort is in a lovely location with a beautiful beach, perfect for sunsets. The rooms are well appointed with nice bathrooms though dark and would benefit from more lighting.

The staff was very helpful keeping our luggage while on a live-aboard dive trip before our check-in, and keeping our documents in a safe.

some staff and food. waited for long long time for dinner after order even there were a few guests. pancake was never baked well (half baked) for breakfast. a staff didn’t know (didn’t answer) where spa was in spite of the brochure is on the desk of front desk. she didn’t even try to ask other staff. I had this kind of small issues there

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was super. We loved the waiters (2girls and 1boy together in one shift), they were so cheerful. The girls who prepared the omlets and pancakes were very friendly as well. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops, markets so it was easy to find something for dinner. We had a lovely holiday with our 2 little children.

There was no hot water in our room. We went to ask about it 3 times, two times we were said they will take care of it, but of course nothing happened and third time very nice person at reception said they have no hot water. Only cold or warm (in our room mainly cold). We couldn’t use bath in room because of it, and that was also one reason we got this hotel for. So that was disappointing. Nothing was said about lack of hot water when we did check in. They didn’t offer us anything to make up for that. Our friends stayed in hotel 10 min from us and hot water was no problem there. Another thing was check out. I have never experience check out so long and chaotic, took more then 30 min to do everything. Even to pay at the end took longer because they were talking in between instead of letting us pay and go.

Very nice resort with beautiful beach and pool. The whole area of resort was well maintained. Very friendly stuff. Although many guest in resort it didn’t felt overcrowded and everyone could have their pool/ beach bed. Our room was specious and very beautiful with amazing sea view. Restaurant in hotel was fair priced and very tasty.

The hotel exceeded my expectations

A beautiful Beach front -full serviced -Resort hotel with full amenities. The Villas were spacious with balcony. Breakfast buffet had Egg and noodle station, with fresh fruit, fruit juices and cold and hot breakfast buffet offerings. Besides the vast beach area the hotel also have a huge swimming pool. restaurant food was tasty and priced reasonably. Excellent service. Overall great value for money

Nothing. This place was fantastic.

This resort is directly on the most amazing beach I have ever seen. The resort has free boogie boards and stand-up paddleboards to borrow for enjoying this incredible natural setting. The room was huge and beautiful. The king bed was sooooo comfy and absolutely enormous. Live piano in the evenings, pool, darts, ping pong - honestly it couldn't be better. Also shops and restaurants and tour agencies are right across the street so no trek into town for services.

For the money we paid it exceeded our expectations so nothing to fault.

The beach is right there....metres from your bungalow. The breakfast is a-la-carte (covid safe) but it is included in your room price so you can order what you want as if it was a buffet albeit a small list.
