Decided to join the night buffet @ 500 bhat plus..per person Good variety of food but surprisingly there is nothing for beverage..not even plain drinking water...extremely disappointed. There is only one International socket in the room n was not working on n off..

Towels smell terrible (like vomit) after getting wet once. Had hassle with check-in as the hotel was overbooked (overheard it happening to two other couples as well). We were moved to another, worse hotel and the staff barely apologized for the invonvenience - it seemed more like an announcement to us.

The resort was beautiful and breakfast was great!

Western prices, but service doesnt always meet Western standards (had to wait serveral minutes at check-out because the "do not disturb sign" was missing. I promise, I did not take it 😄).

Reception at check-in felt a bit chaotic.

Close to beach and nice Beachfront bars. Swimming pool was good. Staff were friendly. Only place during our honeymoon to decorate our room for arrival!

The staff was super nice and supportive at any time. The Ressort is a 3 Minutes Walk away from the beach. There is a small food court right in front of the Ressort which offers Thai Street Food every day. Furthermore, there are Supermarktes, Restaurants and Tourist Information very close to the Ressort. Breakfast is very tasty, Pools are clean, everything is taken care of.

Pool is very good (and longer than most) but could have been cleaner. Bottom of the pool was not cleaned during my stay.

Great comfy beds. We had a pool access room and it was great to just slip in from your room. Pool was a great temperature and there were lots of breakfast options. Close restaurants and shops.

The worst thing was that the Coconut Bar on the adults only side closed at 6pm, so we ended up buying from the supermarket and drinking in our room.

The location was great, staff were friendly but the language barrier was a problem at times, breakfast was okay but some dishes weren't replenished often enough.

Beautiful spacious room. The pool access room was lovely. Breakfast was extensive and staff were very friendly. Big bonus is it is located right across from Nangthong Beach. Not far from restaurants and bars.

Everything is great! Room is comfortable, clean, bed is comfortable as well. There are several swimming pools and they are all great. Staff is very nice and always available. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice! Beach is 2min walk, very convenient.

The service was exceptional and our stay was very good valur for money. We stayed over Christmas so we joined the Christmas Eve celebration evening which was brilliant. Its walking distance to the beach and street food market

The room did not have useable plugins by the bed. The bathroom shower was small and the shower head got smashed everytime shower door opened. The resort seemed very ad hoc/make shift. lots of random stairs up and down in places that didn't make sense. The last night the air conditioning unit in our room blew up and the room filled with black smoke our last evening. We packed quickly but I had to inhale a lot of it and ended up with lung injury and bad cough. The resort moved us to a new room. We were checking out 5he next morning so did not get get a good sleep with the stress. The next morning we asked the hotel for compensation for these events and they offered us a free massage which we couldn't use since we were leaving. I'm still coughing 2 days later and feeling quite unwell so not impressed they did not give us some kind of discount for all this trouble

The location was good. It was about 10 minutes walk to a nice spot on the beach. The private adult only pool was nice.

If I have to say anything it’s maybe that the rooms are a bit humid, but since the room was next to the pool I can’t really complain.

Every member of the staff, from the room-cleaners to the waiters and waitresses, the chefs in the kitchen, the guards at the entrance and all the people at the reception made the stay in this hotel just wonderful. Hotel and rooms are fantastic. Little things makes this hotel from a very good to a perfect one: f.e. the AC doesn’t blow cold air to your head, but in the room! Thanks lots! And for the first time in my life I got familiar with something called „Netflix“ because the TV! And I really liked it!
