Beautiful spacious room. The pool access room was lovely. Breakfast was extensive and staff were very friendly. Big bonus is it is located right across from Nangthong Beach. Not far from restaurants and bars.

Everything is great! Room is comfortable, clean, bed is comfortable as well. There are several swimming pools and they are all great. Staff is very nice and always available. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice! Beach is 2min walk, very convenient.

Decided to join the night buffet @ 500 bhat plus..per person Good variety of food but surprisingly there is nothing for beverage..not even plain drinking water...extremely disappointed. There is only one International socket in the room n was not working on n off..

Towels smell terrible (like vomit) after getting wet once. Had hassle with check-in as the hotel was overbooked (overheard it happening to two other couples as well). We were moved to another, worse hotel and the staff barely apologized for the invonvenience - it seemed more like an announcement to us.

The service was exceptional and our stay was very good valur for money. We stayed over Christmas so we joined the Christmas Eve celebration evening which was brilliant. Its walking distance to the beach and street food market

Western prices, but service doesnt always meet Western standards (had to wait serveral minutes at check-out because the "do not disturb sign" was missing. I promise, I did not take it 😄).

If I have to say anything it’s maybe that the rooms are a bit humid, but since the room was next to the pool I can’t really complain.

Reception at check-in felt a bit chaotic.

Close to beach and nice Beachfront bars. Swimming pool was good. Staff were friendly. Only place during our honeymoon to decorate our room for arrival!

For my taste I found the bed a little bit too hard. For someone it would be ok, it might Just be a reference. The shower was missing pressure so it was a little bit hard to shower sometimes. Aircondition was a little bit hard to adjust.

What a wonderful place! Located close to everything. The Beach a 1min walk and 5min walk to the street with shopping and restaurant. Check in went smoothly and we could also check in a little bit before. Our room was spacious and had a small balcony facing the adult pool (the Long one). Room was clean and had all the aminities you need for the stay. Pool was huge(!) And had two different areas so you always had sunchairs. They provide you with towels. Pool was clean! Breakfast was amazing with a lot to choose from. And the Staff at the breakfast was so Kind and helpful! We ordered Food twice and it was really good so can recommend drinks and Food. Really clean quiet hotel with lot of space. Overall really well spent money! Internet really fast

The long walk from our room to the breakfast area. We were in room 1111 and if there were steps down from that end it would have been excellent. It's a shame Khao Lak has become so expensive ... even more than Phuket

The staff was super nice and supportive at any time. The Ressort is a 3 Minutes Walk away from the beach. There is a small food court right in front of the Ressort which offers Thai Street Food every day. Furthermore, there are Supermarktes, Restaurants and Tourist Information very close to the Ressort. Breakfast is very tasty, Pools are clean, everything is taken care of.

Pool is very good (and longer than most) but could have been cleaner. Bottom of the pool was not cleaned during my stay.

We had a direct access pool room, highly recommend it. The resort is superbly maintained and the staff are amazing. Do yourself a favour and visit the spa on the property, situated in such a tranquil setting. This is our second visit to this hotel and has become a family favourite. It is such good value for money in the low season, highly recommend it.

There weren't aways many veggie Thai options and breakfast but loads of fruit, juices, pastries etc and still very good.

Amazing value for money (I booked in low season last minute whilst backpacking for a treat as the value was too good to miss). Beautiful comfortable rooms with character. Great location for the beach and restaurants. Nice bathrooms. Good food for room service. Beautiful resort to walk around. Staff were helpful with booking trips and taxis.

Friendliness of the staff, especially Goog, always a warm welcome when entering the room. James was an excellent pool barman, too. Nice and quiet location but not too far from anything. Stayed in the adult only wing.
