A bit far from main road

Very nice and quiet place. Rooms are small, but nice. Bed conformable and swimming in the pool goo also.

The location of this site is superb to access the beach quickly when the tide is low. But when the tide is high, one cannot go into the water from the nearest entry point (about 5-7 minutes walk away). Then during high tide, the next entry point to the beach is atleast a 25 minute walk away. So its useful to go with the tide timings in mind or have a cycle/scooter on rent. The latter is quite easily available also with the help of the host.

There was a smell in the bathroom. Water pressure needs to be improved. Location is ten minutes from the beach and five minutes from the main road.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Room that they provided me was a bit smaller, but I could upgrade it for 100 baht per night. Furnitures are a bit old, but it is not a big issue. They cleaned the room every day.

The host, Bum, was exceptionally helpful and friendly to us. We got fine breakfast and we could use the pool any time during our stay. It was a quiet and family-friendly place.

The only suggestion (which is mega minor!) Is that there needs to be a little lamp in the rooms as the main light is too much at night time. But that's being pedantic!

Really lovely place that was super quiet, owner amd staff were so kind. Incredible value for money and location was really nice. Just quiet enough but close enough to everything. AC was good and breakfast menu was really good value. Round the corner is a fantastic restaurant serving gooooood Thai food called Mol, it is a MUST TRY! Beautiful flowers also. Pool was lovely and quite big with a little pool too so nice for children.

Great place for the price. The host was so kind and lovely. I got my dates mixed up and we only stayed one night but everything was fine. Breakfast was nice too and walk to the shops and restaurants was easy.

The Host was extremely accommodating and was very helpful. We had one or two minor issues when we arrived but they were quickly resolved We were about a 5 minute drive to the ‘centre’ and motorbikes were easily accessible.

Yes, there was the smell of camphor in the bathroom but it's better than the smell of drain so we didn't mind.

We liked everything. Staff were lovely. The pool was small but lovely. The room was massive and cleaned daily. Bed was comfy. Air con was great. The whole place was nice and quiet. It was close to bars, restaurants and a beach. Just a really nice place.

Very nice and quiet place just outside the busy streets of Khao Lak. The lady offered us a bigger room as it was available when we got there which was comfortable (small extra price). We got there with our car and could park it inside with no worries. Walking distance from the beach.

The location is close to the beach, the hostess is very nice and friendly.

We didn't have hot water to shower because of some issues with the boiler but eventually, someone came to fix it

The house lady is super nice and will help you in any way she can! We were able to rent a scooter from her (150 baht for 110cc and 200 baht for 125cc), which is not expensive and very handy to explore Khao Lak.

Super friendly owner who helped me sort all my trips and transfers. Queen room was such a bargain. Great AC, fridge, big bathroom and comfy bed. Water on arrival in the fridge. About a 15 min walk to the main area and few mins to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Summer house is a nice resort for families and couples. In a quiet but convenient area of Khao Lak. We particularly enjoyed our stay because of the sheer sympathy and help of Bum, the owner of the resort. She made our stay convenient and chill, thanks again !

Boom the owner is amazing! Very friendly & helpfull. She upgraded our original room with no extra charge. She brought toys to our daughter to play with & let her feed the fish😍 she also brings us fruits to try & helps us get good prices for tours & taxies. We love it here and end up stayi g with her for 10 more days🤩 we highly recommend this place!!

The hosts Bum and Jack are excellent. They took care of the Covid forms (still needed when we stayed) and really looked after us.
