we stayed there for a good few days there wasn’t much cleaning so our bins for example got really full and we couldn’t do much. it is quite far maybe 10 mins walk from centre.

This property was good for the money. near enough to the centre. beach very nearby. the hostess was super nice and really helpful in booking us activities such as the island tour. great air conditioning system. Amazing shower with great pressure. was also greeted with two bottle of waters which was nice. good wifi too

The bathroom light flickered on a off, sometimes being out completely. I think that they tried to fix it but may have been an electrical issue. Shower door doesnt seal properly when closed. As the shower faces the door, the water gets into the room and smells damp. Thin walls, can hear every word when partygoers get back after midnight.

Kind staff who gave hints on on what to do at affordable rates.

Everything! The accommodation is lovely with doggies and kitties. Fully working aircon, nice little balcony and hot shower. Thip (sorry if I didn’t spelt it right) and the lady working alongside her were extremely friendly and so accommodating of our last minute changes. I will be back! (As other reviews say it is noisy due to music from the beach but not their fault at all. Koh Phi Phi is a party island and it’s fun to join in! Perhaps if you’d like a quieter stay, relocate to the other side of the island )

The woman who works here is such as star. She is very lovely and funny. We were sitting down with her and having a little chat. She helped us to book the ferry back to Krabi and the excursion in taxi boat . The room was very nice and the rest of the people working here too. Very nice and respectful house keepers.

It was very far from the centre and felt quite residential, not much around. Tricky when travelling with heavy rucksack- could imagine it would be a lot easier with help

There was a very bad smell out of the bathroom; it smelled of rotten fish. I stayed in the new building, which was still under construction, view from the balcony was just construction side and all day I heard the noise of construction, and all night, the noise from the beach parties. But during the day, it was much louder. I booked 3 nights and got a stomach virus on my second day evening and spent the last day in bed; it was so annoying and loud, all the hammering and drilling. The bed smell, when I already had a sensitive stomach, made it even worse. I sent them a message on how to get to the Guesthouse but never received an answer. I had a big luggage and had to carry it all the way up; the location is a 20-minute walk from the ferry. Then she wanted to put me into a room with another guest who arrived at the same time as me, although we told her it was a different booking, but she was nice, so OK. On the way back, I paid 100 Bhat to get the luggage by "taxi" down to the ferry pier.

The bed was comfortable, water dispenser to refill. Other than that nochting.

For 3-night stay we encountered 2 cockroaches in bathroom. You are obliged to take your shoes off at the entrance. Also walls are so thin that you can hear literally everything.

It was around a 10 minute walk to get to the main part of town.

The owners were lovely and we’re very keen to make sure we stayed hydrated and help our selfs to the water they provided. The beds were very comfy and the shower and bathroom was very clean too.

There was a bit of noise at night from neighbours and local bars, but this is to be expected as there's so much going on on the island. Didn't bother me too much as I always sleep with earplugs!

The staff were so so friendly and helpful, i felt so welcomed and I loved meeting the pets... I also didn't realise how many cats are just everywhere in Phi Phi! The room was perfect - a decent size with a comfy bed, small balcony, fridge, kettle, desk and functional bathroom. Location was great as it was a bit further away from all the bars but still just a short walk from everything.

leaving, I did book to extend my stay as I was just having a great time

I liked a lot, from the super friendly welcome from the owners and their beloved pets to the homely charm of what they carry through the building but also the other guests. kitty is a guesthouse which reading reviews I think people forget that when they write reviews, innit doesn't have a pool but it has the sea, which you come to phi phi for right? In addition the AC and WiFi were probably so far the best I've had after over a month visiting Thailand and Cambodia, on my last night I wanted to just relax and play some video games as had an early start, and was the first time I was able to play an online co-op games after a month. I would also highly recommend the full day sunrise tour of Maya Bay they offer it really for just 30 people and it was an experience I will remember! had great chats with all the staff there even exploring their new venture kitty hilltop which I will be booking for my next trip to phi phi! Thank you much again for your hospitality for someone who has alot of anxiety usually you really made me feel welcome whether it was chats in the morning or evening appreciated everything!
