There was nothing I did not like.

Room was clean and serviced daily. Bed was very comfy and the air conditioning efficient. Staff courteous and helpful. Huge variety at breakfast including the ubiquitous eggs done any way you like, plenty of fruit and other options

The cleanliness of the rooms can improve. The air-conditioning filters were extremely dirty. There was dust in the room, and little ants 🐜 . It would be easy to get rid of ants if a weekly bio pest control would be applied. The cleanliness can improve if management conducts more room inspections. We asked staff to come and clean the aircon filters, but they never came! Even the housekeeping did not care. My wife finally cleaned it herself. The housekeeper only used a rice broom, never used a vacuum cleaner. That's why the dust still remains in the room after being moved from one corner to the other....

I request the rooms to be next to each other but it wasn't. Our kid are 4 and 7 years old 2 times during our stay they waked up during the night and knocked wrong room. By the way we stayed 10 days and the room next to us changes guests more then 4 times, show it was bad management the problem. The rooms are nice but old and they need some serious maintenance. My room had to mach humidity and the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work at all, aircons are too noisy. Food and Breakfast was very average, almost bad in some cases. Even the Thai choices was bland and because im living in Thailand I can see the deference from other hotels. Waitress was very friendly and nice but in some cases they need better training and tables was not clean enough after the guest left

The swimming pool at the hill side was very nice and big and deep enough. Beds are in a very good condition and very comfortable. Staff are also very friendly. This is my second time visit after 12 years at this hotel

We could hear the noise from the traffic on the road in our room.

Nice beach with clear water, but at high tide it is completely under water. You can see that the hotel has high quality interior (for example real wood floor) but it is a bit dated and worn. Good AC, bathroom with shower and bathtub. You will wind a variety of shops, restaurants and services in the area.

Very nice hotel, our rooms had a beautiful view of both the pool and beach. Nice, clean and modern rooms, very good breakfast and in a nice area for both beach and a street with stores and restaurants.

At this point, I can't really think of any downside to this place.

This was my 2nd time staying at this resort. Both times were a kind of working vacation. I especially like the swimming pools with the swim up bar. Plenty of beach front and pool front lounge chairs. Some wonderful salas around the pool with comfortable "bean bag" chairs. With many small bungelows this place is popular with families. Quite a few young children having a wonderful time. There is a woman whose name is Emmy working in the restaurant and sometimes as a bartender at the swim up bar. I noticed she is super with the children. Kacha Resort should consider making her a "kids ambassador". She would be a natural at this position. It would certainly enhance the resort and make for an even better time for the families. Also the young man who is the regular bartender at the swim up bar. I appreciate the way he engages with the guests. I will definitely return to Kacha Resort and recommend it to my friends and family in Bangkok.
