Difficulty in traveling ( to and from about 25mins ride) by small boat to this off shore resort.Which has nothing to do with the resort... ALL worth it

Resort cleanliness in all aspect of the facility. Knowledgeable and friendly staff...always ready to assist us in making our stay as wonderful as possible.

AC was directly blowing on the beds and pillows were a bit hard

The location was stunning with the feel of a private island, and near Koh Mook village (walking distance). Staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was diverse and the food at the restaurant good. All the bungalows have sea views.

The bathroom got very hot during the day.

The beach front villa was worth it! It was beautiful being on the day bed in the shade looking out to the beach. Buffet Breakfast was great. Its a beautiful location, only a short walk into town and the beach was amazing!

Privacy in all bungalows is somewhat limited. Outsiders often sit in front of the bungalows on the beach, or there is visibility into all rooms from the footpath. However, curtains are available, and the issue is solvable. Personally, I missed having seating options within the beautiful grounds. For older individuals, it's nice to have the option to sit on a bench, which was lacking in this facility. Perhaps this could be a suggestion for the management to consider placing a few around the area.

Absolutely beautiful, reminiscent of the Maldives. The resort spans two areas just beyond the fishing village. Evening walks and dining out are possible. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent, truly satisfying our tastes, and there's a great selection of affordably priced wines. The sea and fine white sandy beach were clean and bright, a dream. We will be back again.

The bathroom was old and in need of an upgrade The hotel charge almost double what everyone else charges for a trips on the island even though they often use the same guides. Eg we paid 1800 bt for a private long tail to Koh Kradan snorkelling and a visit to the Emerald Cave when it was quieter. The resort were advertising the same trip for 2900 bt.

Just about everything from the location to the staff and the comfort and layout of the room

The family villas are located on the same side as pier - so we were waken up every day by boats. Breakfast are ok but nothing special. The hotel itself is not very sustainable eg. They are changing bad sheets every day and giving new towels even if you do not ask for it. I know that they are being polite but it’s generating additional carbon footprint. The hotel is quite big (typical island resort)

You have great personel which is very helpful. The rooms are super clean, they are even cleaning beach every day. The views from bungalow are superb (we had a beach front villa). You have scuba dive centre which we recommend. Very nice but quite old swimming pools. The beach is very nice.

We were trying to think of anything we would change and we couldn’t think of anything!

Everything about our stay was excellent. From the moment we arrived on the island we were very well looked after. The room was great, cleaned every morning and turned down every night. The staff could not have made us feel more welcome. The location is idyllic and we felt like we were welcomed into the community rather than just a resort.

As vegan travelers breakfast was limited. All the hot food was meat based and all the yogurts contained dairy. Wide selection of bread but that was about it.

Fantastic staff, service and location. The main restaurant area was great to relax in. Had a lovely resort feel with cute on-site shop and tour options.

It was a hassle to make the payment. Stayed at several other locations with no issues but, my Mastercard didnt work with their system. Had to go to my bank to settle it... Otherwise it was great.

Location is stunning! Golfcars to drive u around the resort. To us it was luxury, maybe to much (afraid the kids would scratch something 😅)

A few minor criticisms: - the pools are a bit tired and in need of maintenance. One in particular appeared not very clean. - the restaurant is expensive and there is better, cheaper food in the village. - same is true for the transfers and excursions. Better/cheaper to book in the village. - the beach is not great for swimming - Charlie Beach is nicer/better and no sand flies. Also more of a breeze. - the village is authentic and charming but be prepared for an awful lot of rubbish/plastic waste lying around.

We stayed in a beachfront family villa - and paid for an extra bed to accommodate a family of four. The room was spacious, well- appointed and comfortable. The air con was fierce - which was great in the April heat! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The resort has a restaurant, dive centre, tours, kayak/bike hire, massage centre and 2 pools (see below). We were warned about sand flies and mosquitoes but didn’t really see many. The village is a short walk and full of restaurants and tour kiosks. We enjoyed Miss Island, Inhale and Sea Beach Restaurant. Charlie Beach - a better swimming beach with some good beach bars - is a 30 min walk or 50B pp taxi ride. Overall a very pleasant stay on a charming Thai island, reminiscent of the islands i visited some 25 years ago!
