Not good WiFi connection. Sometimes it didn't work good. For breakfast they have only 3 options, don't have many choices and kind of fruits.

Dirty sheets , hair in the fridge, no towels on arrival, no pick up from pier after messaging the boat arrival time.

House cleaners pretty slack. Had to ask for replacement towels several times. Floor swept but marks not mopped. Toilet hose (bum gun!) leaking for several days before we complained and it was replaced with a new one. Breakfast food pretty ordinary, not worth the 200 baht. Reception staff (bar one) not overly friendly. Language problem?

Great 3rd floor room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Very large room. Short walk along the beach to Mae Haad town. Very nice pool but sea better, cooler!

Good value for money, Nice beach front location with a decent clean pool. Walking distance from pier, and breakfast was basic, but good. Free water, good air con. Beds are ok. Staff are very friendly.

Wonderful private beach. Large room & bathroom. Not too many options for breakfast, but it was fresh & delicious nonetheless. Location is central and very close to the pier by foot, car & motorbike.

Yes the hotel was a little run down and could do with some maintenance, lots of people said this in reviews i read while booking, and yes there were parts that need improving, however you have to cut it some slack as a fairly large hotel on a remote island in Asia that is likely still only just recovering from covid pandemic, I think it's fair to cut it some slack at the price paid. If you want luxury flawless it's worth looking elsewhere. But if you want clean comfortable beach front in a good location and can overlook some rough edges then go for it!

The hotel was in a good location, right on the beach front. Had a gorgeous sea view room with huge panoramic windows and wraparound balcony (great for sunny days and monsoon storm watching), four poster bed and massive spacious room which was clean and comfortable, we had fresh towels and bottled water daily. The room had a big bathroom, fridge and air con, Staff were friendly and helpful, pool was nice and stepped right onto the beach. For the money spent can't complain was a lovely spot.

the pool was very difficult to get in and out of. the tiles were very slippery and also had sharp jagged edges which put us off going to the pool. dangerous for older people and kids. our room door was very difficult to open and spent 5-10 every time we left trying to get back in (room 301). the lack of help to get the door fixed as we were staying there 10 nights and no one fixed it.

the food at the restaurant for dinner was actually some of the best we had eaten on the island except breakfast was a little limited and bland. can highly recommend the Penang curry and the Caesar salad. the view from the front Seaview villas were amazing! 180 degrees of ocean front and they are huge rooms with wraparound balconies.

Nice breakfast with nice view restaurant. Large bedroom with superB Seaview. Very close to our diving school just 2-3 mins on foot. Everything is clean.

Having stayed before COVID and seen it closed during COVID the hotel is now looking a bit shabby, rooms need a coat of paint, towels and linens could do with replacing. I hope they invest is the aesthetic areas as it’s really the only negative thing about our stay! One night there was a party in the pool and we couldn’t get hold of any member of staff

The hotel is beachfront and in a great location The breakfast is good It’s a quieter part of the island, less nightlife noise We found the staff helpful.

the balcony door can lock you out! but the staff promptly arrive to let you in. the night market and restaraunt area is a steep, hot 10 min walk. but no problem with a scooter.

Overall looking of the resort is a bit weird, it has a feeling like its going to be closed pretty soon. At the reception there is broken floor (slabs) - not very representing plus some used and old things are left on the floor, the corridors look very old and worn. But these things does not affect your stay, just will give you a bizzare feeling. Just a bit more maintenance would make a big difference.

Nice location by the sea, two large and clean pools. Furniture was a bit old but everything was clean and they have been cleaning our room regulary. Nothing to complain in this matter. Breakfast were also fine.

Right at the beach. But the beach isn’t the best on Koh Tao. Take your scooter and drive a couple of minutes to get to better beaches. The pool is quite big but the entry is old and feels a little bit dangerous. The staff was very nice and did always a good job.

the proximity near the pier and diving centres was amazing! Sairee beach was a stones throw away where all the night life was. The staff were very accommodating- we were going for diving and missing our breakfast. they accommodated us and gave us breakfast once we came back.

A lot of the room factitious needed an update, can assume this has to do with Covid, but in our room there were light fixtures that had fallen out of the wall, curtains were teared, and the toilet was leaking.

Good location, Beach front, nice view! the staff were friendly and helpful! the breakfast was good and the pool was nice! Would have been great with some incentive to use the nice bar, for example happy hour around 5 (sunset) as it was very quiet considering the nice location!

The hotel looks very good in the photos but the reality is that it lacks maintenance. It looks a little sloppy. The bed is very hard and the showers do not have enough pressure to be able to take a normal shower, the water keeps coming out all the time.

It is very well located and has direct access to the beach.
