The place is so tranquile and beautiful. There's the beach front with large trees spending shade, and the little mangrove lagoon on the other side with a large monitor lizard and some cows chilling at. Mina is the most welcoming host and did everything to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast is yummy (fruits, eggs, bread, good coffee!!) and the scooters we rented worked perfectly. We stayed in the simple bungalow which was very cute and clean. They also sell beer at the hotel and kayaks are for free. We absolutely loved our stay!

I wouldn’t swim at this beach.

We originally booked the bungalow with just a fan, but as it was soooo hot, they let us upgrade to the bungalow with the aircon unit. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was also lovely. It was beautiful waking up to watch the sunrise. Easy to walk to a restaurant /mini mart, otherwise you need a scooter / taxi.

There’s not much around which is perfect if you just want to chill but if you want to do more you’d need to rent a scooter to get around

Very back to basics, the bathrooms are outdoors so it was beautiful showering under the moon, it’s a lovely place to feel connected to nature

There isn’t any air conditioning. There is a fan above the bed. Rooms can get very hot. There is an option to upgrade rooms. Look into that if you’d prefer proper aircon. It looks like you get it with your room but you don’t! False advertising.

Very pretty, the breakfast was delicious, the owners were very helpful, you could rent bikes, lots of places to chill and the rooms were very clean.

The water there is not good for swimming, it's very shallow and lots of jellyfish everywhere and foggy water so can't see what's inside. It would be great it huts had a little fridge inside to keep the drinks and anything you need cool. Owners are lovely and will let you put your drinks in their fridge in the outside terrace though

It's a cute little hut on the beach, with nice comfy bed with mosquito nets around, bathroom located outside so you can stare at the stars as you shower , the problem is if you have to use the toilet during the day, sun will burn. Outside is nicely set up with hammocks and chairs around the area, it's peaceful and quiet , staff are lovely and breakfast very good.

It was right in the sea front. There was not another person on the beach. There were deckchairs and hammock to use and the staff were lovely. There were plenty of restaurants and bars a short walk away.

The lady tries too hard and too often to make some extra money. But failed completely. A bike for 2 days is 250 BT a day, for 3 days 280 BT, if you want to extend you start from 300 BT again and need to bargain. Tickets will be offered before you could check in or "arrive" at least. Btw the scooter I rented at 2 pm but got asked for the scooter key already at check out day at breakfast time. And 1 hour later again. Then I left this place earlier than expected. With a strange feeling. Beautiful bungalows but,...hmmm, with owners with a special attitude.

Despite being on the beach, you can't really swim as it is very muddy. This is not property's fault though, as the Island is made like that.

The bungalow in front of the beach was beautiful, especially as it was facing east, so if you like sunrises it's the place to be. Great value for money, and loved the openair shower and toilette, especially in the night with all the stars. Good breakfast.

The location doesn’t have many options to eat nearby if you don’t have a scooter e can be difficult to get around

the only downside to the property was the location, there isn’t much to do around unless you get a scooter. also the beach isn’t swimmable as the tide is out most of the day.

The property was a cute stay for a few nights. the couple who run it were lovely and accommodating. rooms were cleaned. breakfast was included and was good value for money and there was a wide variety of food to choose from. overall it was great😀

The beach is beautiful but a bit boggy not ideal for swimming, however other beaches not to far if you have a scooter

Very modern bungalow directly on the beach, lovely views. Very peaceful! Very helpful and friendly staff. The location is quiet however few restaurants in walking distance. You can rent scooters from the accommodation.

The breakfast isn't super elaborate, but the freshly prepared eggs were delicious and the perfect start to a day.

What a lovely place. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, the room was very well taken care of and comfortable and the sunrises. Oh, the sunrises. Some of the most beautiful ones I've seen in my life. It's a great place to discover Koh Yao Yai from. You can rent scooters from the owner and see all the magical spots on this gorgeous island. I miss the place already!
