The location and proximity to other amenities was a little disappointing (restaurants, shops,markets) as they where not really in walking distance for return trips. Although a drop off and pick service was on offer, which we did utilise.

The property was very clean, well presented and staff were attentive to our needs. The furniture and fixture where of a good standard and pleasant to be in. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

A bit remote but this also makes it quiet. If you are not a party animal, this is the place for you!

I stayed in 7 different hotels and this was the best when it comes to value for money. Nice hotel with a small pool overlooking the bay. Big rooms and an ok breakfast for a small sum. They take you into town for 40 Bath and it's a 30 minute walk back home at night. This feels like a true 4 star hotel and I can really recommend this place!

Really clean hotel and they have a great idea where they put a towel across the mat as you exit the pool area so no one walks wet feet into the corridors or down the stairs. What was disappointing was the next morning to see THE SAME towel still there no looking a little grungy. Great idea but change it daily...

Good gym decent food and nice staff. Great pool deck area. They helped us book transport to Lanta via van.

Cleanliness of the room was not acceptable!! The room and balcony did not get swept our whole stay(honestly a little concerning), paid for ice creams at the reception. Later on in the day, the guy who charged us stopped us and told us we didn't pay enough. So was told to pay more, which we did. Little disappointed with the service and basic lack of hospitality.

Further from restaurants/shops than we had thought and being gluten intolerant I was unable to eat in their restaurant (or anything close by).

This place had a 50's/60's feel but felt modern. Loved the pool, large rooms, view of the river and the sea. Clean and comfortable.

Suite interior walls and balcony need a good scrub down/ cleaning. Location is 2km from town, so bikes for guest use would have been a nice touch (would help to get their location score higher, hint hint).

We went for a deluxe room upgrade on our last night as we wanted to stay an extra night but our room was already booked. There was no difference for double the cost other than a 4 poster bed. The room was actually smaller than our normal double room and the breakfast isn’t anything incredible the next morning.

The pool was a nice area. The front of office during the day are really friendly and all round nice! The driver and low cost to get into town is nice, 40bht is a good price for 1 person

They booked my tour but forgot to confirm it so the boat didn’t arrive for me, however I did get on the next one and the staff gave me part of my money back. The walls are quite thin in the rooms, so you can hear everything, I was kept awake nearly all night because of some other guests. But bed was big and comfortable with dark curtains so it was comfortable.

The staff were very lovely. The hotel itself is big and has restaurant, pool, gym, play area, taxi service. You can book tours directly from the hotel as they have their own private pier. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Location is far away from everything and we miss some alcohol in offer. But we accept muslim style of hotel. But be aware, you can't get any alcohol there.

We stayed in two different rooms due to deciding to stay another night at short notice. The second room did smell damp, if we were staying more than one night in the room we would’ve said something but for the price it was fine. Just a heads up the walls are thin, we did hear people in the room next to us.

The staff were great, very helpful. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the location as it was a couple of minutes out of the busier areas. We did have scooter though which made it very easy to get around. They had an okay gym, could be updated but better than nothing. The pool facilities were good although never did find where towels were. We’d go back.

The bed was so very hard. A good thick topper would be a good improvement.
