We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceVery bad smell in the windowless room After dinner I came back to the hotel and not paying attention I got the wrong floor, and with my key I WENT INTO THE ROOM ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR, which I thought was mine !!!! I have notified the receptionist, I hope they will do something about it !

probably the best location in the whole of krabi old town , in the centre of absolutely everything , no more than a 10 minute walk for anything ( other than bus terminal which is only a £2.50 grab) The actual hotel itself was great , staff were incredibly friendly and it was very clean and a decent value for money. Two bottles of water and toilet paper left daily which was nice

The staff was amazing. There are free bananas at the counter ;). They welcome you back everytime we came back from a trip. You get 2 bottles of water a day and new toilet paper. If you choose a room without a balcony, there is still a smoking area. This is a balcony everyone can go to, but its very quiet and a nice place to sit. The beds were good and everything was nice.
