The only downside would be it would've been nice to have a little more surface space in the room (perhaps an extra small table) but that's it!

The room was spacious, and the staff very friendly and hospitable. The hotel was in a great part of town, only around 10 minutes walk to the Night Market.

No elevator, lots of exercise walking up and down to 4th floor. My room was not cleaned nor garbage bin emptied during my 3 day stay.

Check-in was fast and pleasant. The room was large and clean, there was even a small balcony. Location is not bad - 10 minute walk from the Krabi night market. Good wifi.

Nice clean hotel, however it is around 30 minutes to Ao Nang beach and it can sometimes be difficult / expensive to get a grab scooter or cab to and from the beach. It is central to town but if you want to go to the beach every day I recommend you hire your own scooter or stay somewhere closer to the beach. If you are more interested in checking out the actual town then this is a good location for you.

There is no lift there as it a budget hotel. However, that is not a big issue if you do not have huge luggages of like 40kgs. The stairs were pretty good and clean all the time.

The staff. Reception girl was so helpful. My mobile charger was not compatible in Thailand and she borrowed me her own charger for the period of my stay. Thanks to her again!

Lack of natural light in the room and the bathroom had a strange smell.

Very friendly staff who organised our trip to Railay. A short walk to the weekend night market which we highly recommend for great street food. Very clean room & would stay again.

Staff could not speak English! Only one woman could speak a bit, the rest nothing! Shower was bad because it was in the middle of the bathroom only separated by a curtain.

Excellent level of cleanliness! Room is small but it was perfect for us because we did not spend much time in the room. The bathroom was sparkling clean and I will happily choose a sparkling clean bathroom over a large room. Great location on a street just off the river promenade, with easy walking accessibility along river to markets and shopping. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed for 5 nights, they only cleaned our room once after we asked them to multiple times. It was very noisy, there is no breakfast for an addition fee, there are also no snacks for breakfast as stated. The washing mashine was not usable for the time we stayed there, the receptionist wasn't able to help us with our questions about the Minivan or bus transportation, where to rent a scooter or how to book the tours.

This hotel offers everything we needed. A big spacious and clean room, a comfortable extra large double bed and a working A/C. The bathroom was small but we did not mind. Walking distance from the night market and Center. Overall, it was a bargain for the price.

It’s with big regrets that I’m writing this review. We had an ok time staying at krabi pitta house most of the staff were really nice to us and the room and balcony were small but with a big confortable bed. The location is a few minute walk from the bars and markets. One of the staff was quite rude to us from the beginning and things escalated the last day we were there. The night before checking out we asked the time when we should leave the next day and were told 8pm. The day of the check out at 2pm the owner asked us where we were and we understood that there was a miscommunication somewhere so she asked us if it was possible to leave at 4pm which we agreed to without any debate or any problem. At 3pm the staff that was rude to us during the week banged on the door non stop and shouted at us to leave right away, we tried talking to her but she screamed and pushed me inside to get the door key from the room. We tried to talk and show her the messages but she wouldn’t let us and kept screaming. It was very violent and shocking since we were cooperative from the beginning. Very bitter end to our stay in the hotel.

Everything was great.

Staff is amazing and helped us with everything we need. Its a simple hotel but location is very close to markets and to the ferry to Railay Beach. I would definately stay there again. A+++
