There is no safe in the rooms. We arrived about 2 hours before the check in time (14:00), we ask the reception to check in ealier but they didn't care, they gave us the room card at 14:10. Location is so far from ao nang beach (about 25 minutes) so I suggest to book hotel there.

Only stayed one night before heading to the airport. Really nice refreshing swimming pool, cheap drinks, friendly staff. The bedroom was spacious and we had an awesome sleep. You can easy walk to the nightmarket.

Bed had some sort of thick pad or topper on the mattress, which made the bed too hot. Decor not really to my taste, would probably appeal more to families with young children.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive, although everything was tasty and it had both Thai and European choices. The swimming pool is very nice and cosy but we found it a bit dirty. These are just small things but overall we had a good experience.

The location is excellent, few minutes away on foot from the markets, the town centre and the riverside. The massage service was great. It was more expensive than many other places but totally worth it.

I think the price of a transfer to the airport and laundry service was too expensive. However, we found cheaper options in the city.

The breakfast had plenty of alternatives! I liked to find a super clean bedroom and common areas. They have a friendly and helpful staff (everybody talked English). The room had very good insulation and a comfy super king bed 🤩

There was mold on the shower tiles. The breakfast should have some yogurt . The mystery meat floating in water was a real turn off. I didn't use the breakfast on the second day. Coffee was good. The presumption that you're going to abuse the premises...credit card details and a price list of what everything costs including a spoon. Location was okay. Close to night market.

The most comfortable bed in Thailand.! The room was clean. The Pad Thai on the restaurant was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Service at the coffee shop can be slow. Breakfast buffet is weak. There are coolers of drinks and a shelf of snacks on site as well as some other essentials and souvenirs but these items can't be charged to your room which is inconvenient.

Krabi Sea Bass is very well-kept and relatively well-located in a more quiet area. The on-site coffee shop has good drinks and snacks. Room was spacious and comfortable with direct access to the pool.

Bring yourself a tape! Balcony door don’t close fully and bugs or mosquitoes get through. If you stay more than two nights you will get tired of the same breakfast every morning. You will never have enough of toilet paper 😂 they don’t really give out much and it’s only one layer. No tissue box in the room either. Not a chance to check in earlier, be aware. Rather delayed than earlier. Cleaning room also very late in a day.

It had everything we needed. It’s not a hotel to enjoy as a destination, more like a nice place to come back to after a day full of trips. Working AC 👌, nice pool, okay breakfast, good massage.

Pool excellent Great stopover before flight to Singapore Shuttle bus to Airport Cafe on site serving food and alcohol closes 5 p m but all drinks available from Reception after that time. Can bring food in. Close to street food market Close to centre of Krabi Small Italian restaurant called Uno Opposite sculpture on river. Great food.

I didn’t like to be questioned about one missing hand towel from the room. I may have chatted with the cleaner so she only exchanged one spoilt towel and not giving me another one unintentionally.
