Very nice suite with infinity pool. Staff is super nice as well. Suite is some meters up but the staff will bring you there with a golf car! Good wifi as well. Amazing

Room next door to us locked their bathroom door from the inside. Staff didn’t have a key to open it and were banging on the door trying to get it to open until 2am. Why didn’t they wait until the morning, and give the people a new room like they asked for? They didn’t manage to open the door and the banging started again around 6/7am so we got a very bad night sleep.

Poor breakfast, I expected wider option. We had to ask for hot breakfest (scrumbled eggs, fried eggs etc.)from waiters in the morning. Waiting time was quite Long.

Nice peacful location. Amazing pool with breathtaking view.

The previous room we booked (deluxe with garden view) was quite old and a bit not clean near the bed area. But when we upgraded to a suite at the new buildings the room was really nice but whenever we came back to the room the whole room had a really strong smell from the shower drain.

The new buildings were really nice, the infinity pool was awesome. Staff were extremely friendly and always happy to assist you in every need. Especially the staff name ''title They clearly enjoyed their job. We had breakfast everyday and saw them there happily working without frowning..

When i made my reservation, i selected a deluxe room. But when we arrived, the staff told us that deluxe rooms were fully pocked and they offered us another room. However, that was not the case because we found out that some delux rooms were still vacant. When we insisted on a delux room, they gave us one. I don't know why they did that. I hope this will not happen again.

Location : in a quiet area. Breakfast : Complete but can be better. Choice depends on the time when you go there Location perfect, near all comodities, sea side and shopping, restaurants... You can meet monkeys on your balcony, of in the area. Monkey trail not far in the beach side

A hotel this size should have a proper gym. They have a space with a few weights & an old treadmill & bike. But they should definitely invest in proper gym equipment. And provide towels & a water dispenser.

The hotel is perfectly located & fantastic views especially from the higher hilltop rooms. Great pools especially the larger one. And a good choice for breakfast.

the fitness room is tiny, old devices and extremely hot (a/c doesn’t cool).

the property is huge and beautiful and I encountered monkeys twice in a week and squirrels. the pool looks nice but i couldn’t use it (sick)

A bit rundown. The family room is huge and located at a side wings that look abandoned. Very dark especially during dusk. It was impossible to contact the hotel prior to arrival. They didn't response to any message sent. I did try to ask for a connecting room or specified a bed preference, but no reply. Be it on booking or on their website. Wonder why they even have that options. The breakfast just suffice. Not a lot of options.

Very nice location. Just few steps away from the beach and restaurants. Despite its location in town, the loud sound of Cicadas made it feels like you're in a secluded nature resort.

The suites are up a steep hill at the back of the resort. They offer a golf cart to drive you up there which is generally available or you are climbing around 7/8 flights or stairs if you can't wait. Rooms were very new and had some small annoyances. TV Remote was missing, room safe wasn't working, couple of the electrical outlets didn't work. Room safe was fixed, didn't stress about the remote much and not much can be done about the outlets. The gym is in the middle of the foyer and equipment is old. Not a very welcoming workout space.

The second pool at the top of the resort is amazing. Great view of the ocean and some islands from the pool. There is a bar next to the pool that is open 1pm - 6pm and you can charge drinks to your room. The staff are very friendly.

Waiting till 4.30 pm to get checked in after travelling all day and listening to other guests getting irate with reception staffCleaning of rooms was erratic, from missed completely to 6.30 pm at night and then far from thorough. .

pool bar not open our entire stay pool towels in the room were basically a sheet pool was freezing and only had 10 beds around it asking for an extra room key to be told it’s 300 bht slow check in

TV was locked and you couldn't cast ur phone to it if you wanted a quiet night in. Other than that nothing wrong at all.

Fantastic value for money. Staff very helpful and location was amazing. Right on the main street and 1 min from beach. The view from the infinity pool is absolutely stunning. Room was very big and had a nice little view of the cliffs from the balcony.

The drainage in the shower wasn't good but I guess it is only a specific room problem and also I did not ask them to fix... Breakfast was a little bit disappointing and it was hard to find a free table But overall great place to stay with good value for money
