Room we had didn't have a window. Sewer smell in bathroom wasn't great. You aren't walkable to much and need to get bolt/grab but that's quite cheap

the owners or staffs are very friendly and helpful. don’t be afraid to ask for any assistance. You can rent bicycle or motorbike there and that is very convenient. the bicycle is 50baht and motorbike is 300baht for 24hours. this is price during my stay and it might be subject to change. hope it helps.

I felt sorry for the staff who were mandated to get vaccinated with experimental vaccines, presumably at the threat of termination of employment. If you are going to do something like that, at least don't flaunt it to the whole world. This is nothing to be proud of! Gives very little comfort to the guests as the injections don't stop transmission, but demonstrates your disregard for staff's right to bodily autonomy and informed consent

Loved the free bikes to explore Ayutthaya! Clean nice room. Air-conditioned. Beautiful common lounge with a coffee-making facility. Lovely staff.

I had trouble to find the hotel because it doesn’t match the address provided when I put in google maps. It was difficult to talk to them. I was trying to contact them through the booking chat and never answered to me. Also the language barrier was another point. The room wasn’t really clean (one pillow was dirty) the toilet was not really clean too. The sink had a leak. It was quite expensive, double price that I was paying another hotels in Thailand. Also they took 100 THB deposit and then the prices didn’t match at the end of the bill. Location walking distance is not good, you must use grab, bike or moto.

The staff were really friendly and kind. Family home, relaxed area. The room has a fridge with water bottle inside. They don’t offer breakfast but they have a little place to make coffee or tea.

The decor in the room was outdated and not in line with the pictures online which was misleading. It was dirty and uncared for. For example, the shower head mount had clearly fallen off the tiles twice and been silicone sealed to the wall at a strangely low height. The bathroom had cobwebs and was generally unclean. The bedding seemed clean and the aircon worked but the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. When we arrived we asked to pay by card as the hotel had advertised it was possible to do this on booking.com. The lady at the reception refused card payment, even though there were card machines available, and asked for cash only, she made us feel really uncomfortable and finally compromised on us paying card via a friend's machine. She also wanted us to pay an increased fee for the transaction which we politely refused as booking.com is an inclusive price. In the end she agreed and drove us to her friend's hotel to pay. The whole experience was unnecessary and put a dampener on our stay. The location is also very far out of the centre of town, and given the temperatures is a pretty miserable walk!
