We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere was construction outside my room on the hotel so was woken up at 9am every morning with drilling, banging and sawing. It was very annoying as it would last all day so it wasn’t very relaxing. It would have been nice to let me know beforehand there was some construction going on.
The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean. It had netflix on the tv so that was a plus! They give you two bottles of free water everyday as well. Frank the owner was very nice and was always there to help. The location was good as it is just off the main strip but there are still lots of shops and bars within walking distance.

GermanyMy balcony door didn't lock properly. That should really get fixed since the balcony could be accessed from outside easily. So my room was basically open all the time. Area seems safe though and I didn't get robbed. Also there's a safe in the room to lock valuables. I still give it a 10/10 I'm sure they will fix the balcony door problem.
I don't think I could get anything better for the price i paid. Big new room with big comfy bed, big TV with Netflix, balcony. Fridge was stacked with drinks that you can take for fair prices. Nice bathroom, everything seems to be brand new. Room gets cleaned every day and you get fresh towels and some free drinking water. There's even a little swimming pool outside that looked clean to me. Italian restaurant on bottom floor. Good food and not too expensive. It's a 10 minute walk to the crazy city center. I kinda liked to be a bit outside of all trouble. So yeah I would defo come again. Highly recommended.

The property is situated in a quiet location but close enough to walk to the beach and all of the main attractions of Patong. Frank and Mario were perfect hosts. The staff were always helpful and friendly too.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean, everything worked well, you get a free water each day and have things in a minibar in case you want to buy something. The hotel is in a quiet area which is nice

GreeceWe didn't like at all that they don't accept credit card payment. We also didn't like that when we arrived at the hotel, the owner insisted that we have to pay cash directly (Thai money only) before we even entered the room... so he obliged me to take me with his motorbike to a currency exchange. There was an awful smell in the bathroom, the towels were old and worn, and the shower was in poor condition. We also didn't like that we were noticed that we hung the beach towels on the balcony to dry but to go to the roof of the building....
We stayed for 6 days at this property. There is no Reception, there is only the owner (who is running the rooms and the restaurant in the ground floor) so for anything you need you have to contact him.The neighborhood is a bit weird especially at night.Room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable. Room were cleaned daily and 2 bottles of water ( very small ) every day
