The only major issue concerns the hotel's understanding of children with allergies namely peanut & egg intolerance. we had to get the hotel manger to take action to avoid a medical problem as our son had a reaction to a meal when were assured there was no egg additives in the food. They quickly realised the seriousness of the situation & took corrective action for the rest of the holiday.

The quality of the rooms, the pools, the beach bar, easy access to the beach were all great & helped ensure a memorable holiday.

The only thing we didn’t liked was the pool and sun bed situation. Sun beds were too close so it was quite crowded. Also people reserved already in the morning the sun beds which is quite annoying.

The hotel was really amazing. Right at the beach and shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. We had a family room which was beautiful. The hotel area was beautiful and big. Staff was very friendly.

The kids in the main pool, they have their own area, and having to walk in past the swim up bar in the water to get into the main pool.

Breakfast was fabulous. Location is outstanding on the beach and very close to shops, restaurants, bars.

We loved the whole area. The restaurant on the beach front. The sunbeds on the sea front, The pool area was great. Think it's the best hotel we've ever stayed at!!

The pool at the front see side was after a few days a bit dirty - you could see the layer of sunscreen already at 10 am every day. I don’t know how often they clean it.

The hotel has 5 pools, all of them have their charm. We stayed first in the back of the property, really quiet and rooms were perfect and clean. We managed to extend our trip and had to get the more expensive room - we got a free upgrade to direct entrance to the pool. Although the hotel was sold out you wouldn’t notice it at the pool (only at the sun-loungers in front of the beach, cause all the elderly people reserved them early at the morning). The rooms at front with see view are a bit wore down (and had loads of mosquitoes), less clean and the price is not worth it. Maybe for families with babies who still nap? The hotel offered some activities for an extra price for children, they had a playing area for free. The staff doesn’t speak very well English but all of them were respectful and nice to us. The food at the restaurant was also really good. The location of the hotel is perfect! Close to the town with a new built market and the khao lak market

Buffet style breakfast when you got up to get some more food they cleared the table, re set it and someone else was sitting in your space leaving you wandering around looking for another table with a plate full of food in your hand

Too many people reserving sunbeds, although there were plenty of beds available it didn't bother me but I may have had a different view if I was part of a family. Also breakfast was disappointing as fried eggs weren't freshly cooked and were cold

They have done a great thing with the sun lounges with separating smokers from non smokers if only they can do that for the rooms it was a bit unpleasant to sit on the balcony and breathe in other peoples cigarette smoke
