Family hotel close to everything in patong but in a quiet street.Francesco kind helpful what you need immediately he will solve. The room was clean as were the cleaning ladies very helpful and kind. If I go to Phuket again I will definitely stay there again

Frencessco at the reception was very friendly. The hotel staff was amazing by supplying clean towels and drinking water in the fridge, I mean, literally everyday! Very high standard of service. The airport transfer was very convenient and comfortable as well offered by the hotel owner. The room itself is very open and well lit and has windows on two sides. The balcony is lovely as well for sitting and realizing with a view of mountains in the sout. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for a week stay!

The staff is super friendly, Francesco is a really nice guy. The place was spotless, clean and scented. The beds were comfy and I slept like a baby since the neighbourhood was super quiet. Great views from balcony and windows and everything in general felt good.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Patong, then La Piccola Patong is the perfect place. Cozy and clean rooms, which have everything you need for your convenience. There is excellent air conditioning. A quiet area in which there are many restaurants and cafes with different cuisines to suit your taste. The owner of Sascha was always in touch and helped to arrange a transfer from the Airport to the Hotel. This was our first vacation trip and I was amazed at how much Sascha cares about the comfort and relaxation of its guests. Also, the Francesco administrator prompted and helped throughout the entire stay at the hotel. He will always try to help and prompt you on any of your questions. We were well received and escorted. Many thanks to Sascha and Francesco. Thanks to La Piccola Patong.

The wifi worked well during the first week of our staying but during the second week as more guests arrived and used it, it became unstable 😔 So if you have to work remotely, make sure to have a back-up plan.

Everything was excellent. The evenings were quiet, A/C worked amazingly and was quiet at night, there were nets on the windows, our room got cleaned every day. We even got the beach towels. Everyone was nice, kind and smiling. Also, I really liked that the towels were folded into different shapes every day 😃

The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and willing to offer assistance. This is a small property with no elevator. However, they brought my luggage up the stairs to my room. The room was clean. They provided soap, shampoo, dental kit (toothbrush), shower cap, & qtips, which most hotels don't provide those extras. There are restaurants, laundry facilities near by. It's about a 15-20 min walk to Bangla Road/Patong Beach.

Stay here to avoid the crowd of Patong. Very good value for money. Room is spacious & clean. AC works and is quiet at night. The owner - Sascha & his wife are very nice & accommodating. I hope to stay again next time!

My partner got a bedroom with a balcony facing the other building next to us, which was not as nice as my view on the other side. My advice is to try and get one of the rooms with the nicer view. However not a deal breaker.

Pros: The perfect host. Very quiet, even all the guests. This is not a Patong "party" hotel. This place is for people that want their sleep. Very clean rooms with all the accoutrements. Perfect distance from noisy areas and beaches and down a very quiet street. For Thailand standards, bed was softer then most. Great security. Cameras cover all entries and stairways. Ceiling fan and air conditioner were nice and quiet.

La Piccola is quiet, clean, a great value, and run by helpful, friendly people. It is close to the OTOP night market with great food and a twelve minute walk to the beach. You can't go wrong here.

This booking was the perfect value for money and pleasant experience. Sascha and Mai, owner and his wife, are extremely hospitable and constantly communicated with us on our needs. The rooms are clean, the place is quiet but not secluded (it's in a residential area off the main road), a lot of food options nearby, and walking distance from Patong beach and the tourist area. Overall very glad that we decided to book with them.

Good location, short walk to Patong beach and nightlife without being too close and on a quiet street so no disturbance. Spacious room with a hot shower with both fan and AC for a choice. Hosts were great and got in contact with us to confirm our stay with quick responses and arranged a taxi for us at a discounted price. friendly welcome and would definitely stay again if in Patong.

The location is very good if you want to enjoy Patong but sleep in a more quite area. The host is very helpful and kind. Don't hesitate to accept any deals offered by him, they have a good price and it works well. I highly appreciate the effort towards trying to make my stay as convenient as possible.
