Well, well... The place is not really well maintained. Quite worn out. There is no wardrobe, just a tiny one. I had to keep my stuff in my suitcase. Sofa was dented all around. Many dents on the fixture. Poor wall painting. This place has a great potential but really need to be refurbished completely. poor sound isolation, could hear people on the hallways and music from other rooms. It costs too much for what you get.

Very mixed feelings about this place. Staff were great and helpful. Bed was somewhat comfortable. Location is great if you are into this kind of places - party, party, party. Just around the corner from Bangla road. Surrounded by anything you might need. Close to shopping mall. you get 2x small water every day, which is great. Close to Patong beach, 7 min walk.

Rooms are a bit small for 2 people but that’s what you get for the price and the central urban location

Everything was good, just very loud until early hours of the night as our room was facing the main street, so we didn't get good sleep

Needs some minor maintenance and deeper cleaning. Immediately declined slightly late checkout.

Simple and clean enough. Daily bed linen change was great. Eventually on the second report the slow/ non-draining shower was completely fixed.

Very clean hotel and close to bangla Rd. The young man on reception was amazing, he went above and beyond to help us as we needed a taxi to leave early. He arranged this and made sure we got into correct taxi on avery busy road.

The only downside of our stay is the noise from the busy main road.Also, the amenities in the toilet/bathroom were not up to par. However, the staff were very quick to respond to our complaints and had everything fixed up in no time

Superb Location! Our stay in the hotel was comfortable, clean, and very conveniently located on an extremely busy main road. Many restaurants are within reach as soon as you step out from the hotel...all types of cuisine are literally available. The hotel itself boasts a highly recommended restaurant. We tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and we were fully satisfied with the meals.They offer local Thai food plus international cuisine. Their woodfire pizza is recommended, so is the seafood pad thai. Shopping is only a short distance away with Jungceylon and Patong Central Mall. Shopping haven for all...also food courts are available for you to satisfy your local Thai or international food palate. The hotel also has in-house massage services. My husband and I have our daily massages there. It is mandatory for us, especially after walking so much daily! Hahahaa... If you are into nightlife and pubs, the famous Bangla Road is only about 5 minutes walk away. There's even a small night market at Bangla Road. Overall, we are highly pleased with our stay. Many thanks to Sam, Kham, and others for assisting us during our stay. Feeling really blessed and full of gratitude!

Nice and clean hotel with delicious and tasty food great location.. You can find everything you need as a pharmacies supermarket shops and restaurants.. Bagla road is also very near to the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also you can book your excursions from the hotel at a good price.

The rooms are smaller than they look in the website pictures but the large window and balcony makes up for it. It was enough for the two of us.

La vista patong is such an upbeat boutique hotel. We loved everything about our stay. The room, although small was clean, bright and airy with an extra large bed. The balcony was a huge help for drying our wet clothes from the sea. Their restaurant downstairs is one of the best in patong, especially their pizzas and pastas. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. There’s also a massage place in the hotel. Both me and my husband took thai massage there and it was pretty good too. Best part about the hotel is the location. It’s on a very lively street with lots of shops, restaurants, money exchanges, bike rentals and travel agents. It’s very close to the beach and bangla road but at the same time, away from the madness of bangla road. In other words, we really loved staying there and will definitely come back again InShaAllah.

Bathroom could use little renovation, when taking a shower, the whole floor was wet. Also you could see some stains on the floor and walls.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the young man with glasses at the reception. He made me feel really welcomed ☺️ Hotelroom was clean and modern. And even though the traffic noise was loud, it didn’t bother me. But if you are traveling with young kids, I would say choose a location little further away from the main roads. All on all, I really enjoyed my stay.

The path to the elevator is narrow and there is not enough space, and if you have a bag, you will have to keep it close to you while you wait at the reception.

The female reception staff in the morning and the male in the evening were extremely respectful and very, very nice, even though I wanted to stay in the hotel for 3 more days, but there was no reservation because I only reserved two days.
