The worse thing in the apartment was the bathroom. The look of it was not good. We did not liked it. Also You have a breakfast, but You have to do it Yourself from the ingeriments.

The apartment and the bed was really nice, TV and A/C was working correctly. Everything was clean, nice and modern. The hotel is location near the main road so You may want to use the earplugs.

Drain had a funky smell when showering. Obviously that is very picky! Laewen was a fantastic stay.

Overall, Laewen was a great place to stay. The rooms were comfortable, location was good (scooter was forsure needed), and the staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable, and the roof top hangout area was awesome. Being able to make breakfast at the place was also a big bonus, saving us money on not eating out.

Absolutely nothing it was amazing. Extended my stay for longer as I felt so at home here.

Loved the whole vibe. Greeted with some fresh cucumber water and a relaxing lobby as they sorted our booking. It is also a spa so I noticed the aroma of essential oils and other nice smells straight away. The lady who owns the property is so kind and welcoming. Super super sweet vibe. Sorted us a scooter to rent for a good price also. The bedroom was immaculate and I was impressed for the value. Spotless and robes provided in our rooms aswell as other amenities. There is a common kitchen and living area with a flat screen and fully stocked fridge, smoothie maker and coffee maker for everyone to help themselves to.

The only issue I had was the noise from the other units beside me , i could hear them quite clearly. Also, the staff yelling things at each other every morning outside and when cleaning in the hallway and the common area was very loud.

Very clean staff were very friendly and helpful...owner of the unit was also great always answered right away and fixed any issue I had immediately!

The bathroom was old and smelly. The shower had no curtain or any division so when you take a shower everything gets wet easily. They should consider upgrading the breakfast if they want to consider it included. It seems a hostel.

The room is smaller than it looks in the pictures. And the bathroom stinks when you turn on the shower. the included breakfast is just bread, eggs and bananas, there's not even milk, and everything needs to be prepared and cleaned by yourself, just be aware. We stayed 7 nights and no room cleaning service was offered

When we turned on the shower there was a very strong smell but it went away once the shower was running for awhile.

The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Myself and my friends really enjoyed our stay.

Not any provlem

Staff was great and kind (they also called taxi for US). Laundry ready in One day at very low price. We had a problem with the toilet and they solved It immediately. Beautiful terrace with the kitchen to prepare out food, for breakfast they offerte eggs, coffee, jam, etc

Uncertainty regarding the water supply, but this was solved within the day.

We booked the guesthouse for our first night in Koh Phanganand were very satisfied. I think it was the best accomodation i have had during my Thailand trip. There was a problem with the water supply in the morning, but the staff came with an immediate solution by giving us a partial refund and offering to take us to there home to be able to shower there. Although it was a small inconvenience, they did everything to help us out! The place has an amazing rooftop terrace where you can cook and chill and even have a little party with friends. There is no boundary to the hospitality of the staff of Laewan Guesthouse and i would surely recommend everyone to stay here!

Breakfast should be kept optional as when we booked we did not have that option any ways the Kitchen is a self service and very Neat and Clean where you have to cook by your own which is a turn down for the males as they hardly know how to cook , Rest u have all ingredients if you want to cook .The Roof top where the Kitchen is a Beautiful place to sit out for Relaxing

Location is Excellent Just Next to Phangan Arena which is lovely place to have a Pre Party , It is not far from Waterfall Party and Jungle Experience .. (Max 10 mins on bike/ taxi) ..Haar Rin beach where FMP takes place is about 20-30 mins on Bike or taxi.

The smell in the bathroom from the drains was absolutely horrible, rotten egg smell. Every time you used to shower, when it worked, it smelt so bad. You are asked to take it shoes which is fair enough but the stairwell is very dirty. We often felt uncomfortable going in and out of the property as lots of the spa workers were sat at the entrance and would say things and laugh (seemingly at/about us) every time we went past, but in Thai so we could not understand. There was often workers/people round the back where our balcony was pointing up at us as well so we didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on the balcony. The balcony door is also very heavy so be careful with it.

The location was good, on the Main Street near shops and restaurants. We had a room not facing the road and it was pretty quiet, the street noise did not bother us. The rooftop kitchen/lounge area was nice, very basic breakfast, not all the stuff they said was provided was available but still it was good. Some staff were friendly.
