The bathroom has a foul odor. The shower has soft water and is very difficult to adjust the temperature. Amenity is not meet the rate of a five-star hotel.

The room is big. The staffs are friendly. The restaurant is good service with good taste. The view of the hotel is good—a lot of photo spots in this hotel.

Room is not so clean, dust is seen everywhere. A/C is not working well, even put temperature at 21, still not cool. No clock in the room. Small swimming pool which is very far but swimming pool is just open to the parking lot. Breakfast tables are not clean. Staff are not well trained.

Hotel is a bit far from city and it is quite difficult to get a tuk-tuk, taxi or Grab from the hotel, unless you have your own transport. We ended up having to take the hotel van which cost a fair bit.

- Pleasant welcome from the staff. Had welcome drinks for us as well. - The room was so spacious and clean. - Breakfast spread is ok. - Nice spot to enjoy evening drinks at the pool bar.

1. No Spa or Wellness centre when they advertised on Booking.com 2. Hotel charged premium price for their rooms but did not have any access to Club lounge which was closed permanently. 3. Very very bad smell from fish factory in Songhkla. Made us sick at night. Disgusting smell. Hotel staff did not even apologise or inform guests about the bad smell. 4. Buffet breakfast was overpriced and very bad selection of Food. The chefs did not understand basic english and did not know how to make a simple omelette. 5. Staff do not understand basic English so very very hard to communicate. 6. No Water sports available and hotel were sneaky to charge premium price and then tell us there was no water jet ski available. Very unprofessional. 7. Hotel staff did not clearly disclose extra bed was 1000 Baht per night and cheated by charging me extra the second night and lied to me to say they had told me.

Language barrier, we had issues trying to order food as there was a language barrier. Only one lady at reception spoke English and our Thai didn't go too far either. We were travelling to meet our baby and we got an executive room/suite to be able to have the kitchen facilities. However the kitchen did not serve us as useful as it lacked proper kitchen facilities. No washing up liquid, tea towels, No knives. Trying to look after a baby with a lack of kitchen basics was a waste of booking the room for this reason. The room/kitchen area was full of ants. They were in all the kitchen presses and walking up the walls. Couldn't let any of our babies food or bottles on the kitchen counter. The room also had a smell of musty damp. Perhaps from the river beside it. If you are booking I would recommend a different view to not be at the river side of the hotel.

Beside slow check out. I have cold shower - no hot water. Music from below is noisy even stay at top floor (6th floor). I was penalize by 15 minutes earlier than breakfast time (06:30am) the ‘egg station was rude and poor service’ as he concentrated on his mobile phone rather than customer which is only me a lone in whole breakfast place. a cup of coffee took 5 minutes to serve one and only one people. a bowl of noodle took 10 minutes even I’m only one who order.

No comfortable furniture in bedroom. No furniture on the balcony No English language TV No sun loungers by the pool I could go on… I’ve stayed in more comfortable 3 star hotels in Thailand

The restaurant was horrible the food was terrible and the service was so slow so slow. 45 minutes after ordering to receive an undesirable meal. We had dinner in the evening in the next morning breakfast breakfast took 45 minutes to receive our eggs and came cold.

Room got no international adapter have to borrow one from chambermaid. Breakfast overpriced Coffee shop close early like around 6 pm.
