Beautiful setting and location. Very peaceful for those not looking to party. Excellent facilities including a pool overlooking the bay and restaurant. The staff were excellent and accommodating, helping us in anyway they could. Very knowledgeable on the surrounding area. Daily water delivery to the room and the A/C was a god send in the heat wave.

We needed to ask for our damaged deposit back. It left a sour taste in our mouth after what was essentially a lovely stay. The breakfast isn’t worth the money. The beach area needs more maintenance.

We were looking for peace and quiet, and we found it. The bungalow we were in had a wonderful view of Lamai beach.

We stayed in the bigger room and had a brilliant terrace overlooking the sea. Lovely staff. Great access to the beach. Nice location away from busy Lamai.

We loved everything, nothing wrong

This hotel has an unbelievable view! Private beach and nice pool. The staff are very friendly and the lady at the bar makes great cocktails (margarita 10/10).

Only the manager could speak English. Sometimes we had to wait for her to come bad to arrange something (renting the scooter, booking a taxi)... The electricity goed off when you leave. That means no airconditioning... Everytime we came back tot the room it was very hot (even hotter than outside).

Loved it all: nice specious room, beautiful pool area and private beach part. Quite and peacefull. Around 6 sunbeds at the pool, always some available. Only two sunbeds at the beach, there was a hammock and another kind of seating area.. Rooms will be checked every day (new towels, making the bed, new waterbottles and toiletpaper). We rented a scooter at the hotel. 200 baht per day. Didn't need to show our passports or pay a deposit!

The first room was a bit too small to move, the bed took up most of the space. The shower was located so that it sprayed all over the toilet. The second room was absolutely perfect.

Wonderful to have a little verandah at the front and have a beautiful peaceful garden setting with views of the water. I stayed twice and the second time, I had a more spacious room, which was totally perfect. The first time, the room was very small and hard to move about. Lovely infinity pool and also great to walk down the steps and be at the start of Lamai beach, where you can walk on and on. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is really poor, not worthy the 250 baht. The restaurant only serves food during the lunch time and dinner time, if you come somehow in between, no food.

If you're searching for a quiet place in the Lamai area, this is a good choice. The accommodation itself is really good if you choose the 35m bungalow. We had to stay in the small, 15m one the first night (our one was not ready) and the small one is really claustrophobic. However, the 35m bungalow with sea view is great - spacious, sea view from the terrace, clean (everyday cleaning). Simply perfect. Clean pool, lovely small beach, beautiful walks on the beach along the coast during the low tide in the evenings. The location itself is not bad - 10 minutes walking downhill to the main road which is full of cafés, restaurants and shops. Not a walking distance from the Lamai beach area, so if you aim for that, rent a bike for sure.

Bathroom in need of an upgrade or good scrub and re grouting. Seating on balcony not very comfortable.

We were in Room 404 which has stupendous views across the bay. Lots of bird life to keep us occupied whilst sat on the balcony. Very peaceful, no traffic noise a big plus for Ko Samui. Room clean with a lovely wooden floor. Beautiful planting in the gardens.

The hotel is a bit far from restaurants, bars etc so you need to have transport all the time which is not very convenient. There are many rocks in the sea so you have to be careful when swimming.

The staff, and in particular Som & Cant (spelling?!), were extremely helpful and efficient. The villas are spacious and well-appointed. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes at a reasonable cost. The beach is very small but has a lot of shaded area all day.

Quiet and beautiful resort with lovely garden and great pool overlooking the sea. The rooms are very clean and comfy, the staff are welcoming and helpful. We had the best time and would definitely come back.

The location is not great if you do not have transportation. It was about a 30 minute walk to main area of Lamai and restaurants.

The room was lovely and staff was very friendly. There is a small beach near the property making it feel like your own private beach. Because it is away from the main area of Lamai it is very quiet at the resort. If you rent a scooter it is convenient to get to main Lamai and Chaweng.
