There were not many vegetarian options besides raw fruit or vegetables. It was many pork dishes but a few of us don't eat pork. Otherwise very wonderful.

The gym equipment not working was very disappointing.

Lush greenery and numerous pools. I particularly liked the rooms leading straight to the pools. Fantastic breakfast choices.

Here and there improvements are needed. We were staying in emeralds suit. Overall it needs a renovation. Overall service (i.e., paid and expensive) should be improved; e.g., in the bar nearby pool I expect at least a fruit shake from fruit not from syrup. We were in Thailand and fresh coconut was not available at the bar. WiFi is also really very bad. If you need internet connection during your trip you’d better to find an alternative way rather than relying on hotel WiFi. Price wise the hotel was at the high end and the service quality was not at high end.

Good location with beach access, good atmosphere among trees, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. We were given clean towels, toilet papers and drinking water even during the days we didn’t ask for cleaning the room - which was very nice of them.

Rooms and facilities were dated. Gym was virtually unusable but enough for the resourceful.

Location was amazing, everything was at your doorstep and you could walk to dinner without shoes along the beach as well as many shops and services on your doorstep.

The bathroom was equipped with a tub and a shower. The light was very poor and in the shower there wasn’t light at all. Maybe they can fix this.

The hotel was underwhelming for what we were expecting of a resort. All a bit tired, more maintenance needed in general such as clearing leaves and attention to detail in the rooms with paint on the glass etc

Friendly and helpful staff on arrival and during our stay. Good location with plenty of bars and restaurants along the beach. There is a shop tour booking and laundry at the entrance to the hotel. Room and suite were large and spacious. Excellent breakfast selection

felt very run down, not particularly well kept grounds. quite old traditional design could use with touching up and modernising. room smelt quite musty due to old furniture as well as old furniture on the balcony. most of the hotel facilities are not operating or open such as the main dining area, breakfast was limited and did not seem fresh.

bed was very comfortable, reception staff were nice and location was great, good view of the sunset on the beach.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this resort is. The price for accomodation this amazing is absolutely unbelievable. Rooms are very spacious and clean. LOVED the swimming pool! Stuff was very sweet and helpful. From the resort you can directly walk out on a beach. Not that it was only close to the beach but it was also close to grocery stores, restaurants, exchange... If I ever go back a would choose this resort again without hesitation.

Really bad WiFi in the whole hotel at all time of the day! Not that clean outside of the room and in the garden, pools etc.. Expensive drinks in the pool bar and extra % on top of the price which was quite irritating.. Pool chairs was not that nice to lay down in, hard and impossible to change…

We had the villa with pool access which was great. Especially during low season, when there were hardly any guests. Can imagine during high season thee pool can get busy. But, this resort has got the largest pool facility i have ever experienced. Loved the idea of the quiet zone, no children access part of the pool as well!
