The owner was super helpful and kind ;) the breakfast was huge and delicious! Place is just beside the beach, there are lots of restaurants around, 7-11, scooter rental.

Staff was very attentive and smiley, however a bit lethargic. I guess it’s due to work everyday long hours. Prices in restaurant are bit on higher end list. Room could do with small rack for storage. It would be nice to have also bucket of water or water shower near by the bungalows to wash your feet when coming of the beach as the sand end up in the rooms.

Superb location, right in the beach! Our bungalow was about 20 m away. Nice plants around and plenty of shade if you don’t like a sun as much. Has a restaurant with good food. Very quiet and there is few bars near by, but you cannot hear any loud music. Very good value for money and have shops right on the main street. Stunning sunsets!

Staff was smiling but quite lethargic and not very enthusiastic. Owner I found a bit rude, and not very helpful. I had to leave a day early due to flights issues, and there was zero flexibility on refund, which I accept, but when they charged me for extra coffee at breakfast, fully knowing that I will miss next day coffee & food, I was very surprised! It's not about $ but just no kindness at all, which is not like Thailand

Location - apartment K1 is literally on the beach, other bungalows are behind. Great massage right in front. Simple but big and clean room, bed is very hard, if you don't like it, be careful! Clean bathroom, hot shower

Really nothing to complain about.

The resort is run by Sam and his family and staying there felt like staying with a family. It was lovely. They went out of their way to tend to my special needs (hot water for my green tea and creatively solving my difficulty in getting work wifi platform to function). The mango shakes were the best! Close to 7-Eleven, ATMs, restaurants, and the fabulous Faikham massage studio. Couldn't ask for more!

Originally booked fan room (breakfast included) but was unbearable heat with 1 singular fan above the bed, asked for another fan and said they had nothing to spare (fair enough) but when asked to upgrade to an aircon room - 1000baht difference (also fair) they tried to say that our previously paid breakfast would be taken away. Had to go back 2 more times to try and understand/ talk about it. Almost ended up booking a hostel for the night. Eventually we came to an agreement Aside from that, the location was a big driving factor and made it easy for us to go either to the walking street or national park by bike. Visually really lovely.

The proximity to the beach, 7/11 and Muay Thai classes was amazing!

It was very difficult to deal with the owner of the place. Really gave the feeling as if he didn't care about the hotel residents. angry. My room had bugs and ants all the time. I will not recommend or go back.

Stayed in the fan bungalow for 2 nights, then spent another 2 nights in the aircon bungalow. The one with aircon is definitely an upgrade, and also comes with a fridge and hot water. The temperature in the fan bungalow was alright during the night, but can be quite hot during the day. I really liked the bungalows, they're very cozy and have cheerful colours. Also liked the hammock on the porch. Location is great, of course it's right next to the beach, and supermarkets and restaurants are very close, just a few minutes walk away.

We stayed in a bungalow with fan only and then a bungalow with air con and a tv. Both were great value for money. Whether you’re on a budget or can pay more for a larger bungalow. This was one of the best places we have stayed in Thailand. The owner was so nice and helpful. Sorting out a kayaking trip and a boat ticket to our next destination. They had an amazing bar and restaurant backing onto the beach where you can watch the sunset. Great fish bbq and a good price compared to other places on the beach. Beautiful water to swim in and when tide is out you can explore loads of rocks and fish on the sea. Fantastic sunsets. Fantastic staff. Cosy cats hanging around. Big menu at restaurant with plenty of veggie options. This place was awesome.

No toilet paper. No bedside cabinet. No mirror. No bedside light. (The only light from from super bright ceiling spot lights). The windows had never been cleaned. An air of total decay. I was the only guest. Everything was super cheap and thrown together. I am really not trying to be horrible…. But honestly just do not book this resort.

It is on the beach. It is in the middle of Khlong Kong. The staff were very nice.

The only downside was that my curtain did not fully cover the window. But this was fixable.

The staff were very friendly. The location is so close to the beach, with a shaded restaurant that overlooks the sea. I had a TV and complementary refreshments, in my clean and bright room. Lanta Family provides much more comfort than similarly priced lodgings in the area, that were very basic and dirty. And also, more than some of the more expensive lodgings.

Seriously I can't think of anything. For me it was just perfect.

The location is fantastic. I stayed in one of the brick built cottages. Great aircon. Wifi was fast. There are repeaters dotted about so no issues there. The banana pancakes are awesome for breakfast. The staff all really helpful. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you all.

I stayed at the room with AC, which was super clean and amazing, maybe if you are staying at the Bungalows it might not be as great, so make sure to take the room (it’s also a bungalow just with concrete walls and AC). it was excellent stay!

It’s right at the beach and away from the main road. it’s super quiet, very nice atmosphere, if you want to get away from then crowd, the best place to be
