How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything, we had a perfect stay and even extended for a few more nights! Rooms are spacious & clean, beds comfy, good location, staff are super friendly and helpful, they also rent motorbikes, serve food & do laundry. Everything you need in one place. Will stay here again when i’m in Koh Lanta ☺️

Absolutely nothing to dislike
I could have stayed at Lanta Just Come Hotel forever! The lady on the reception desk is so sweet and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location, 2 minutes from a stunning beach and a short walk from multiple lovely restaurants. The hotel has a 24/7 coffee stand and a drinking water dispenser. I’ve not found this anywhere else in Thailand. The rooms are absolutely spotless and the cleaner is fantastic. Plus theres a cute cat!!! Thank you so much

The rooms were very nice, big and clean! We felt right at home and can easily say this has been our best stay in Thailand so far. The staff is also extremely kind and helpful

Room was great! Really enjoyed our stay. Rented motorbikes and had a great time exploring the island. The location is perfect right near all the beautiful restaurants and beach bars.

Shower wasn’t the best
Spacious, comfy & cosy. The hotel offered lots of services such as washing, bike rental and tours. Very close to the beach too.

Our stay at Lanta Just Come beyond exceeded my expectations. We accidentally booked the family room but it was an absolute palace with two huge bedrooms and a massive outdoor private balcony area. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in Thailand and location wise the hotel is over the road from the beach and there are some nice places to eat within walking distance. The staff however were what really made our stay so special, they were so helpful and easygoing - whether it was using their scooters, withdrawing cash, booking travel etc. Considering there is also free coffee and beach towels to borrow each day I think value for money is fantastic and would 100% return on my next visit to Koh Lanta!

3 minute walk to beach, beach towels provided in addition to the towels in your room. You can rent bikes from the hotel or across the street if the bikes are taken for the day. Shower had shampoo and body wash and had good water pressure. There are a lot of activities to do within a 6 minute walking distance of hotel - thai cooking class, Muay Thai class (would highly recommend for all genders and ages) they also do a kids class, for dinner and lunch check out the three sisters restaurant and my friend restaurant, for breakfast try friend house food & drinks or peak cafe.

Never book transfer with them. I know they just book for you in a travel company but the one we went with was the worst service in whole 7months trip in Asia. They have 1.2stars on google and staff is super rude. In the hotel they told us we will be in Surat Thani at 1 or 2pm in the travel agency they told us 4pm and if we don't like it we don't have to go anywhere. We ended up hitchhiking trying desperatly to made it for our transfer which was at 3pm... Hotel should take responsibility for the services they offer even if they hire outside company to do so

The only issue was with a door that kept being left open on our floor that was letting mozzies in.
Loved our room, the staff were very nice and accommodating. The area was perfect for chill island vibe with lots of places to eat nearby and a stunning beach

I would like to sincerely thank the staff at Lanta Just Come hotel for being so hospitable to us. To start, we weren’t charged for our pick-up from the ferry. When we checked into our room at first, we noticed that the bed was very very hard and that the toilet was running very loudly and so I messaged the owner and they quickly responded and allowed us to switch rooms and the bed was much much softer and the toilet made no noise throughout the night. Every time we had a question whether it was laundry, renting a scooter or taking a ferry to another island the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I think this is a wonderful hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Could be more inviting and chill common area to hang out inside
You could rent scooter for a good price, buy breakfast, lunch and dinner, book activities and get other great tips. Everyone working here were also very polite and nice! We also so monkey outside the property.
