The standard rooms need serious updating. None of the 3 rooms tv's worked. Very dated bathrooms. The standard garden villas are located across a busy street from the rest of the resort and beach.

Restaurant and bar on the beach. Sunsets were beautiful. Staff were very friendly.

During check-out: If you have a very tight schedule, keep in mind that it is necessary to add 5 or 10 more minutes for the hotel to carry out damage control/screening of the rooms (even when nothing is broken). Which not only makes the stay unpleasant, but definitely gives the sensation of being screened without any sense. The excuse/reason given by the staff for this not sense 'safety screening' was that they do care for about our belongings which was not the case and indeed disgusting and disrespectful.

Parking is across the road(opposite the check-in office manned by courteous and friendly lady) but the road wasn’t levelled (>8” dropped from main road) causing some underneath damages to my MPV vehicle. Aircond is not working efficiently, entire night was warm and couldn’t sleep well. Other than this, everything is superb !! I believe the property owner could easily resolve this and make this one of the best resort here.

The type of room chosen had 2 options on booking: with one king bed or two single beds. Although, when arrived on site, the option with two single beds doesn't actually exist. The toilet smells.

The room was well insulated in terms of sound. Beds were comfortable, and staff accommodated our requests in the best way.

There wasn’t anything to do other than stay at the resort, there were only other resorts around, the bathrooms are pretty outdated and we had to book through the app to secure another night which resulted in us having to move rooms (we didn’t mind this though as we went to a room right on the beach)

The hotel room is shared room with only 1 locked door inbetween Them. No sound-isolation so you can hear everything from the neighbour room.

Too much air freshener in room, we had to put it outdoors since it was way too strong for us. The bathroom could have been a bit more updated.

Room was advertised superior . Was shocked we had a connecting wooden door to next door . We had 2 guys in there playing music till 3am & smoking in there room we could smell it in our room . Big holes in front door so had to ask for a sheet to put up so mosquitoes couldn’t come in . The resort was good but the rooms were terrible.

It was over 30c and extremely warm. A few more umbrellas or shaded areas would be great.

The room was comfortable, amenities were great. Staff and food were excellent. The resort is right on the beach and has a nice pool as well. There are other shops and restaurants in the area, but Lanta Nice Restaurant has all you need.

Very dirty chairs on verandah, one of which was broken and not safe to sit on. Asked at reception for a replacement twice. It never happened 😒

Bar staff were exceptional, Rit who worked the bar was good fun( lovely fellow). waiters were very attentive.

It was on the beach with a pool & sun beds were available. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice if you got there early enough. 2 bottles of water were given each day

We suppose to check in 14:00 but room wasn’t ready, bad smell in the toilet, Room C-9 had locked doors to another room and you could even hear farts from people in next bungalow, old rooms , but if you looking just to sleep in the room then is good value for money.

Next to the sea, shops and restaurants around, beautiful sunsets, swimming pool was ok next to sea.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay until we were ‘upgraded’ to another bungalow- closer proximity to the restaurant. Unfortunately this night they decided to host a music night. This lasted until 3am. Extremely loud music for a family friendly resort was peculiar. I wouldn’t mind but we had to get up at 6am the following morning. We explained that to staff twice and asked when the music was going to end/ could it be turned down. They stated it was finished at 1am… not true. I didn’t remember booking a party hostel, would have given 10 starts if not for this incident.
