The AC didnt work properly but it kept the room cool enough. Since weed is legal in Thailand, there were weed-bars all over the place, one obvsl on the premises, so you had the constant weed smell at the beach.

Location directly at the beach, which was really nice. Laundry service right next door, helpful and nice staff. Food was very good, breakfast was not buffet style but enough and they were very flexible. Massage parlor right next to it at the beach.

The toilets were very smelly. Found a family of cockroaches living in our bathroom but they were pretty tidy. The pillows make you feel like you’re sleeping on Mt. Everest.

The location is just perfect! The beach is beautiful with unreal sunsets. Food is very good and priced well. The swimming pool is also great!

I was frustrated that there were not enough chairs and umbrellas on the beach. If you didn’t get down there to claim one in the morning then you were out of luck. In the afternoon there was no reprieve from the sun so more umbrellas and chairs would have been an asset in my opinion. The bungalow I stayed in had no electrical plugs by the bed and as I travel with a medical device needed at by my bed the only solution they could come up with was a long extension cord that ran across the room in front of the bathroom door to the nearest plug. This in itself was a tremendous tripping hazard for getting up in the middle of the night. If this might be an issue for you I would advise requesting a bungalow that could accommodate this particular need.

It met my needs. The staff were very hard working and did there best to keep everything running smoothly. It was clean and the food served was very good.

Some maintenance & paint work around the pool area would do wonders. It looks like that didn't happen for quite a while.

Very friendly & helpful staff at the reception. We stayed in a family room (kids 12 & 6 in a bunkbed), the room was clean (daily housekeeping on request), airco worked well, no bugs, good shower. The restaurant was fine, although we only really used it for breakfast. The onsite bar is basically an Amsterdam-style reggae coffeeshop that doesn't only sell coffee. Bit of a funny combination considering the accommodation is geared towards families/children, not really to backpackers. Anyway, we didn't mind and we liked the somewhat alternative, informal atmosphere. The beach is nice but swimming is nearly impossible due to all the rocks in the water. Renting motorbikes is recommended to get around the island. Doing the 4 island tour (bookable through the hotel) is recommended, so is visiting the cave. The location is pretty good with quite a few shops and restaurants nearby. Personally i would prefer staying on Klong Nin beach next time as i feel the restaruants along that beach are a bit cosier but i def wouldn't mind staying at this property again.

Bar area is beautiful and would have been nice to relax there but cannabis smelled constantly and with kids and for this otherwise family-friendly-place it didn´t suit at all. It's annoying that you can no longer travel to Thailand with children without having to smell the stench of cannabis

Upkeep should be a lot better, there were many stupid little problems that would be easy to fix. Housekeeping unmotivated. Pool taken over by families with kids (a plus if you have kids!). Way, WAY too much ganja in the bar area.

Pretty good location, large rooms with very nice balconies, especially the second-floor rooms which have pleasant views. Lovely beach for sunsets (not great for swimming). Nice enough restaurant with decent prices for Lanta, but it closes around 8:30pm. Lively bar if you can stand the smoke (weed and cigarettes both).

Nothing to do with the place, but the tide was very low and the beach full of rocks. Breakfast tended to get boring after a while. The toast wasn’t toasted, it was warm but white.

Holes in bed sheets when we arrived, stained pillows, bin didn't get emptied until the last day. Very dark in the rooms, could do with a bin in the main room.

My toilet repeatedly stopped working so had to get the maintenance in a few times to fix it, dealt with cockroaches a couple of times which wasn’t great and on my last day the staff tried to make me pay twice for extending my stay and weren’t the friendliest towards the end which wasn’t great.

Amazing location, Finn’s bar on the beach is fantastic with a gorgeous view for sunset! I went in off season and for £20 a night it was good value for money. Could rent a moped from reception which was handy

Unfortunately during our stay a number of issues arose. For peak season this was not acceptable and we did complain about this. The pool had not been taken care of and at the start of our stay it was not useable. However after a few comments from quests the staff were aware, addressed the issue and made an active effort to clean it. The breakfast was not buffet but a choice of 3 options. It lacked variety and the overall quality was poor / below expectations. The bungalows would all benefit from a mini upgrade - for example having a closet inside for quests to put clothes in especially if they stay more than 3 days. Not all bungalows had dark glass, which meant that you could see right into the bungalow if the curtains were not shut. The restaurant was average and you would be best to go elsewhere to eat. The toilets connected tot he restaurant were not clean.

The hotel is located right on the beach. The bungalows are nice and overall well kept. The front staff were super friendly and helpful. They could arrange tours, rental cars or motorbikes, give advice and went out of their way to make your staff relaxing. Very much appreciated ! The pool has a slide and could be enjoyed by all ages.

The bathroom will benefit from an upgrade. The wc had some issues and sink way too hight for anyone’s convenience. The dressing table with a very uncomfortable mirror with a very little lighting. Also there was only one spare socket in the room to use except the two from TV that Wes hanging loose from the wall.

The location was great, right next to the beach. Very lovely receptionist with a warm welcome. It was very easy to book trips through reception too. The food was good at the good value. Best ice mocha my husband ever tried! Well done! We had water delivery every day, felt looked after.

The only thing that let it down was the toilets near the bar. We didn't find the bed comfortable at all, very firm but that's personal taste.

Lovely location right on the beach with beautiful views and a very chilled vibe. The pool was nice and had a slide that the kids and adults both seemed to love! There is bar where you can get beers, cocktails, coconuts etc and they have another area for food - all you need in the one place. The rooms are pretty good, ours was quite big with a nice size bathroom, TV, kettle and mini fridge (with tiny freezer section). They accommodated me being on crutches by giving me a room near the beach/bar with fewer steps up into it which was as I requested, so I was very grateful for that.
