The shower should be adjusted because water goes everywhere.

Fantastic location, just beach front. The room was large, with two rooms and a balcony. Four big pools, good gym and very nice outside areas. Very good breakfast with continental and thai options. Very friendly staff. We were allowed to stay at the pool after the check-out and a room was provided to us to have a shower before leaving. We’d definitely stay again.

We found that the room wasn't a villa at all. It shared walls with other 'villas' so it was more like a hotel room. The sound of the crying baby next door and the farm animal we could hear from the bathroom, made our stay feel less comfortable. The water pressure was awful! The shower and sink would taper off to a dribble before suddenly giving you a pressure wash. This made the bathroom counter flood. The water went out for 3+ hours during our stay. Unfortunately, the only way in/out of this resort is a dangerous, steep and rocky road. We didn't enjoy walking up and down this every time we left. Tip: Hire a moped or jump in a taxi to go anywhere. Many of the nearby restaurants and convenience stores that we spotted online were actually closed, very disappointing. And the nearby places that were available were a long walk away and closed by 9pm. We wouldn't stay at Koh Lanta again.

We liked the comfort of the bed and the size of the room. We ordered room service and particularly enjoyed the chicken quesadilla. Short walk to the beach. Smart TV (has access to netflix). The wifi was speedy!

There was limited sunbeds by the main pools and only 2 of them would get any sun, so if you wanted them then you needed to get there early to secure them but people would just leave towels on them and go out for the day to only come back and sit on them for a few hours, so the hotel needs to regulate this to ensure this doesn’t happen.

Very good stay, was very comfortable and the rooms were huge which meant as travellers was incredible!

Beautiful stay on Phra-Ae Beach. Very well appointed room with a plunge pool that we used it extensively. We only ate out, so can't comment on the food offering, but the beach bar was great. Several pools dotted around the property, and also right on the beach.

I booked a transfer from the airport but hotel failed to organize this despite reassurances and confirmations and were not helpful and concrete when I called them from the airport trying to find out what was going on. The hotel interior is really shabby in many ways. I could not figure out if that was lack of money or ignorance that kept interior deteriorating. The white bathroom table had multiple stains from cosmetics, the mirror was foggy. When it rained, the water came on the bathroom desk. Water taps didn't look shiny and clean. Water drain from the sink was very bad. There is no convenient way of hanging hand towels or having shower gel / shampoos while taking shower. In the common area next to where the breakfast is served the water taps in the toilets are completely worn out. Doors to toilet cabins can't be closed properly and the smell from the toilet comes to the dining area. Many visitors leave towels on the sunbeds for the whole day without actually using them. I felt like the air flow in the bungalow was far from optimal. The humid from the pool always stays in the bungalow. Together with the heat outside this doesn't contribute to a healthy environment. I had cough during the whole stay. And I started feeling good immediately after leaving the hotel.

Excellent location at the very beachfront. There are many bars / restaurants along the beach to choose from. The personnel always tried to help when asked for something.

Can't really fault this property. It's slightly dated but had everything that we needed. Only negative is that the shower in our bathroom didn't have a curtain or door, so the water splashed over the floor a bit. Only english channel in the tv was the news, but you dont go on holiday to watch tv i guess so not really an issue.

Absolutely loved this property! Direct beach access and nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast buffet had a great range of food to choose from. Our direct pool access room was fantastic, super roomy and spacious. Comfy beds and very clean rooms. Resort is situated between lots of affordable eateries and the beach has the most amazing soft white sand. Would definitely stay again!

AC took a long time to kick in and cool the room (about a full 18 hours). They had an indoor children's playroom but the toys were quite dirty and limited.

Very cute hotel located right on the beach. Rooms were spacious, had lots of pools so never felt busy, and the buffet breakfast was great.

The room we had was an apartment type. Good size for a family of 4. Only downside is the design of the room. Shower needs a screen otherwise everything gets wet. The balcony was strangely just a small swimming pool (no chairs or table) but the water would overflow into the room if too much movement in the pool. Would be better if just a normal balcony. Good swimming pool just below. But these are minor issues as it was still a great room.

Beach front location is the biggest drawcard. Breakfast was plentiful. Very friendly staff who were also attentive.

I chose this resort because it said it had a kids club however it was closed. We had to move rooms because the air con was leaking a gas that smelt like petrol - however the night staff were very helpful in moving us to a different room. The air con in our new room also leaked a liquid and in the early hours of the morning one night it leaked ice cubes which made a lot of noise.

There are a lot of jellyfish and I feel the hotel should provide some information and vinegar stations to help everyone stay safe and enjoy their holiday.

Had the absolute best time here, staff are so friendly, swimming pool and beach location are perfect, food is amazing and plenty of trips to do. Highly recommend this hotel!

We loved our room with pool access. The room itself was very spacious, with a great bathroom. The Lanta Sand resort was wonderful. A few minutes walk through the resort took us to the beach where there were many beach bars and restaurants. The beachfront although plentiful with choices, was very chilled and relaxed. Our whole stay felt very relaxing. The food in the resort was lovely. There were a good amount of beachfront sunbeds, many under the shade of trees. Although the resort was busy, it always had a calm feel to it and never felt crowded. We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend it.
