Unfortunately the room was not clean enough. Thorough cleaning should be done inbetween guests. There was some dirt and dust on almost every surface. Bathroom tiles were dirty. The shower drain was clogged and the water gathered up to our ankles. They checked on it when we asked but the drainage didn’t improve. We found a dirty towel from the previous guest in the closet. The daily cleaning included only the bare minimum. For example the bathmats didn’t get changed. No surfaces were cleaned. Bathroom was not cleaned. The pool maintenance could have been better. Some sunchairs were old and dirty. I hope they can improve on this in the future.

- Location! Right on the beach (good part of the beach) and walking distance to restaurants and 7eleven. We rented a scooter to explore the island further. - Property looked nice with plants and trees with yellow flowers. Beautiful view of the ocean & sunsets every night. - Big pool and many plastic sun chairs. - Big room and bathroom. Big fridge, safety box & enough surfaces to put your things on. The AC was okay. - Helpful staff. They arranged our boat tickets.

There was no sunshade at the pool, only few trees by the beach, no alcohol was served, tv did not work at all, gardenwiew was wiew to the wall and some waterpump which was bit noisy

There is no bar ( see facilities) and it would have been nice, not only to have a drink (I admire them for sticking to their principles) but it is easy to meet other people if there is somewhere central to sit

We had the room with sea view and private terrace, although it could have been more private (visual barrier to the pool side for example).

Restaurant closed at night . Room very dark and warm and unfortunately I came away which a skin rash which cld be either from heath, the bed or the pool. Price a little high compared to other properties in the same area . Breakfast selection the same every day so if staying for a long time this is a little boring.

Scooters were a little older than other rental places we went to but they still did the job. Recommend to only leave cash deposit when renting scooters in Thailand.

Beds were just OK, could really use new mattresses or at the very least a topper. Breakfast was always plentiful but it was always cold unless your there the moment they open at 7:30

- a little oldfashioned rooms / some renewal, just like the two modern rooms located separately right on the beach, would be an enormous plus. - noisy guests (from northern europe) around the pool. - missing shady places on beach and at the pool (e.g. trees or stable ombrellas - deck chair cushions badly missing - plastic is too hard for anyone to stay for the day

There is no espresso machine and coffee at the brekky is just an instant powder and hot water. Family room for 4 people is rather small, upper bunk bed has no plug nor light. Mattrases are screaming for replacement.

the position at the Khlong Dao beach is jiust ideal. The pool, the laidback atmosphere of the accommodation, as well as the efficient laundry service is greatly appreciated. The terrace in front of the room with the seaview is a blast. The hiostess speaks good English which is not a rule in Thailand and greatly facilitates communication.

Some rooms don't have a kettle. The locks on the doors need replacing.The single mattress I had was very saggy.

There was a large gap around our door so there were constantly a lot of mosquitos in our room and we got bitten a lot. Breakfast was average at best. A very small selection. The shower was terrible. The shower head was so blocked that only a trickle of water came through. It would go scalding hot after about 3 minutes.

Great location with the beach literally on our doorstep. The beach is one of the nicest beaches we saw on Lanta. Plenty of beach bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast was basic and always cold. Room cleaning was sporadic and as with an older property, power outlets are minimal in room. We had a first floor room and found the concrete stairs difficult with high risers and narrow treads making them very steep compared to European standards. Having said all this, we still enjoyed a very relaxing stay here.

Nice location on the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. Nice swimming pool and always plenty of sun beds available. WiFi was excellent in room and around pool. Staff were pleasant and helpful arranging transport when needed.

Room was quite dated and worn, but functional.

Pool area is lovely, with a gorgeous view out onto the beach. It’s one of the nicer beach areas, much less crowded and was almost deserted when I was there which was a nice change. Many nice bars and restaurants that you can walk to, straight onto the beach or up to the main road.
