This beautiful and impeccably maintained resort is just off the main beach. It takes around 3 minutes to walk to that beach. Due to its location the resort is a haven of peace on Koh Samet, an island which tends to be rather busy and noisy. The bungalows are in excellent shape, the bed comfortable, the AC quiet, and the staff super friendly. I slept like a baby.

In short, everything. The staff are all very kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is great--peaceful and quiet, save for the obnoxious snorkel tour boats that tie up off the beach and blare extremely loud music for no reason, which is no fault of the property.

Only that it was a bit of a walk to the taxi stand. Staff did help us with luggage though.

Excellent location. Really enjoyed the Villa. Sitting out in the balcony and then near the beautiful private beach. Helpful and smiling staff. They don’t have a restaurant but good bars and restaurants on the public beach which is just a few minutes walk. Thank you to that efficient lady at the reception and all the wonderful smiling housekeeping staff. We will be back !

Good staff, especially front office and housekeeping. Great location. Excellent private beach although pebbly. But a good sandy beach just a couple of minutes. Comfortable chalets near the private beach. Enjoyed our stay here. Thanks to the staff

1. Clean room (bed sheet and blanket smelled refreshing) 2. Comfortable bed 3. Friendly Staff 4. 10 Mins walk to the central market 5. Couple mins walk to SaiKaew beach 6. Nice view from my room (my room number was 14 and 15) 7. Quiet place 8. They don't have restaurant at the resort but you can make the request for food delivery.

It's not a disadvantage for me, just to warn people not prepared to stay surrounded by nature. There are insects, bugs and lizards there. It's normal and it's not a reason to cut points. Also the beach closest to the resort is the biggest, the most crowded and unfortunately the dirtiest one here. So if you want to relax in the idyllic environment just take a "taxi" and go explore the island.

Beautiful place to stay on Koh Samed. Well furnished accommodation with everything you need, just a few steps from the beach. Close to the "city" but hidden in the jungle at the same time. It was a really magical experience to wake up there with the sounds of nature. We loved our stay 💕

Shower drainage were blocked, so i had to open the drain cover to release water out. Other than that the room is comfortable.

Nothing to dislike at all, a fabulous place to stay. Maybe the addition of a ceiling fan to the veranda to further enhance the lovely peaceful evenings.

Spotlessly clean with highly effective air con unit. The site includes a secluded cove with seating and is an oasis of peace away from the busier main beach. The staff are highly attentive and maintain meticulous standards throughout the resort. Crisp clean new bedding everyday and mosquito coils lit on your veranda every evening (mosquitoes not a problem at all).

Nice room which is cleaned every day by the staff with a lovely smile. Public beach is closeby, but note that new resorts are being built all around the place, which is normal for Koh Samet, as more and more tourists discover this place.

Larissa is a perfect place to unwind and chill. Just a few steps away from the main beach and main street the location is close to everything I needed but feels secluded and is lovely and quiet

All good but one point can be improved. The garden is kept very clean, Every day they rake the fallen leaves, but the bird droppings on the common veranda are not removed. Please give priority to this.

We liked the location which is off the touristy area. It is very peaceful and quiet. Within 5 min walking you are at the white sand beaches with lots of restaurants
