Pool is in the shade most of the day and very cold.

Loved the location. Arrived on a Sunday with the walking street market right outside. Easy to walk around everywhere and be picked up outside for day trips out. The staff were lovely. The room was lovely but the view not great so always kept the curtains closed. Lovely breakfast options from a set menu in addition to a small buffet.

The shower water pressure was not strong enough and the temperature of the water was always changing. Could be better maintained.

The hotel was really good , I appreciated a lot the design of room, pool and breakfast. Staff was kind for any request . I put 4 stars for room and service because in the first 2 night blankets weren’t changed , just made it again . Also the bathroom during first day was not done by cleaning service. We warned the staff and after 2nd day clean was cleaned in a good way , blanket changed and toilet service done . I recommend the hotel but I suggest to keep more focused about cleaning . ( laundry Service expensive compared to other laundry around the city ). Congrats to the managers of the hotel and bar , so very professional and kind

Absolutely nothing.

The staff here was amazing, they go overboard to assist you with anything. They helped arrange transportation and airline tickets for me when we were having issues. They cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff quick and attentive. The rooms were fine, quiet and clean. The air conditioning worked great too. They also sent out our laundry and had it back next day for hardly anything.

Excellent location right in the middle of the Old City and close to all temples food establishments. Nice small outdoor pool to relax in.

Water in the pool is a bit cold but it is not a big problem because the pool area is very nice. Water temperature in the shower is changing.

Great location on the main street, nice interiors, rooms and pool area. Informal atmosphere and great staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. On Sunday there is a night market in the street outside of the hotel. Breakfast is great, you can choose one dish a la carte plus from the buffet.

Nothing really, we just needed stronger coffee which we found across the street, and a bit more variety in breakfast, still excellent though!

Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially one mister was also spoke English perfectly. Our room was gorgeous, looked like a 5 star hotel. Definitely going to visit again in our next stay at chiang mai!

Only thing that lets this hotel down was the breakfast, would give 10/10 if they sorted breakfast. Breakfast was covered in flies, poor choice, low quality and served cold (think the staff couldn’t keep up and left it on the side too long before bringing out), plus a day that the kitchen broke. Not clear if the restaurant is part of the hotel or outsourced, but it was a very different experience to main hotel.

Staff were lovely, made us feel at home from the first moment. Got us extra hangers, water, everything we needed quickly and easy. Great location, perfect for Sunday night market and exploring town. Bed was really comfy.

The restaurant at breakfast time was very unpredictable, it may just be staffing, as it was very busy during the day .

Fabulous No, but nearly. Staff are so helpful, nothing too much trouble, sometimes they surprise you with a local fruit drink, a delight. The meet and greet was very welcome on arrival. We would definitely stay there again next visit.

If the pool was warmer and also had drink service. The shower head in our room looked only a little dirtier than I would expect, but it was not horrible.

Breakfast was good, definitely sufficient, but not amazing. Definitely fair value for the cost. Staff was amazing and very friendly. They treated us with champagne and treats for our honeymoon which was a nice touch!

The location was perfect. Sunday night market right at your door step but you can’t hear any noise from your room. Staff was fantastic! The restaurant was a nice spot to have drinks, meals etc..
