The property is centrally located. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Hosts Joe and wife was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were extremely happy with our stay and felt like we were home.

Everything was perfect. Very nice hosts and staff and very good location. Initially, I have only booked 3 nights, but luckily I was able to extend my stay twice and would stay longer if I could!

Perfect Location - Central but quiet. Lots of restaurants and a 7/11 nearby as well as being a short walk from several key sites. Cheerful and helpful owners. Very clean and comfortable base from which to explore the city.

The room was exactly like in the picture. Also quiet and comfortable! The location especially was really good. We really enjoyed our stay at the lemon guesthouse and thank the hostess for her hospitality. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants and travel tips and took care of us when my boyfriend had food poisoning. I really recommend the lemon guesthouse!

The place is really great! The room is clean.The bed is very comfortable! The owners are very friendly and kind. The location is perfect! And considering that its in the middle of the old city-it was quite at night. Would recommend staying here without hesitation!

Exceptionally clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for 4 nights. Beautiful host who was very friendly and chatty. We will be back in Chiang Mai, we will certainly be hoping she has availability.

The owner lady is so kindl, she help us a lot to arrage our trip to Chiang Rai, because we couldnt get any bus ticket (sold out coz almost new year eve), then she gave us option to get there by private tour, she call everybody that she know, and finally we can make our trip to Chiang Rai, and the property is surrounded by nice cafe & resto

The room was super super cute and true to pictures. The couple who run the joint are so lovely and very helpful, plus I love Dumdum the cat very much. My favourite place I’ve stayed over 3 weeks of travelling, great location and great facilities.

For me personally the bed was a little bit to small for 2 people. The matrass was better than other ones in Thailand, but still a bit to hard. The pillows a bit to thick. But all of these things are personal so in general I would say it is a very good bed!

The location is very good and quiet. Plenty of places around to have breakfast. Nice little balcony to sit outside. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Enough space and so many powersockets everywhere. Bathroom very big with a very good shower. Good toilet. The room was cleaned every day. The towels smelled so fresh 😊. Also we got so much water! So nice! The owners were so nice to us. They are very friendly and will help you if needed. Thank you!

Lam and Joe were exceptional hosts they were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and new, with a comfortable bed. Its location is great, situated right within the heart of the historic city walls. Our stay at Lemon Guest House was enjoyable, and I recommend considering it for your accommodation.

Joe and Ram are exceptional hosts. Joe is from the US, Ram is from Thailand. Together, they can answer any questions, no language barrier. They truly make you feel at home. Perfect quiet location near all.

The bed is probably the most comfortable for my western soft back! The bathroom was huge and luxurious. The details on the decor were very thoughtful and nothing was overdone. It was nice to have a balcony to unwind. There are cute cats that live there. The owner and her husband are incredibly nice and gracious humans. Loved chatting with them!

The one time I turned on the tv to try to hear international news there was no cable connection.. but it could have been an easy fix- I didn’t even bother to ask the owners about it.

I can’t recommend this guest house enough. It’s in a quiet alley off of one of the Main Streets in the old town (alley lined with residential townhouses and well lit- I felt completely safe as a female traveling alone). Lemon Guesthouse is about two blocks from one of the main Temples. It was impeccably clean, with cold air con in bedroom and super comfy bed. Great rain shower with plenty of hot water and private balcony was a great bonus. American owner and his Thai wife couldn’t have been nicer. I loved exploring Old Town temples on foot and eating at the “Hanna” cafe a block away. I had a fantastic spa experience down the alleyway and to the left…around $US55 for a full body scrub, massage and facial.
